They said don’t worry about it. Just bring it back with half a tank of gas. I took pictures and then I brought it back with half a tank of gas. A few days later I received a charge for $70 per gas fee. I called to complain and was told I would receive a call back which I never did.I’m going to pay more for a name brand next time.

It was very much appreciated.The gentleman receiving returns was fast and courteous. As soon as I parked, he immediately walked outside and began processing my return without me saying a word, other than confirming my name and email. Excellent customer service! It's exactly what you hope for when returning a car and running off to the airport, lol. I was very grateful.Cons:They close at 7 pm, which I think is pretty early. As a result, I had to pick up my rental the following morning and pay an extra $10 per day because the style car (compact) I booked was no longer available. Other rental agencies have never charged me for their lack of inventory. Also, as noted by others, the car (inside and out) had not been cleaned. However, I asked a guy inside for wipes, and he came out and wiped down the inside for me and apologized for it not having been cleaned.Overall, everyone was really nice, and I think I'd rent from here again.
May 30, 2025 · K DCar wasn't clean, it needed oil change service as it alerted me as soon as I got in, which I should of said something but I didn't want to waste anymore of my time and I shouldn't have to do that its their responsibility to make sure all cars are ready to go. I was charged more then I agreed to. And on website while I was reserving stated it was free shuttle well I got charged for it. Had a lot of fees that I wasn't told. Road side assistance was a fee which makes no sense I put my personal insurance that I have that. I used a quarter of a tank and agreed to use their gas which was 4.10 I got charged $29 which I know that's not the price for a quarter.I called the number to speak with them about it they said they would email everything to their office and I would get a phone call to talk about it, I want to give them a chance to make things better before I did a review but I want to inform those looking for the reviews. Don't get it from here. Yes it's close to the bus shuttle to get you to the airport but it's a bad short experience. Over all I was very disappointed. Their name Advantage is good for advantage for us that it's so close to the bus place that takes you to the airport but it's more like they take ADVANTAGE of adding extra fees taking more money from people.
Aug 25, 2024 · Angie Guzmanreally has gone downhill since the first time I used them. today was my 4th rental and I must say, it will be my last. vehicles are being given dirty and many have very visible damage to body as well as wheels, but they make you sign a release if you don't purchase the wheel and windshield protection.beware!!! 1. if you use a local address regardless of if you are a resident of another state you will have to pay a higher deposit and your milage is NOT unlimited, but dropped to 150 miles per day. They will probably try and charge me for the damages they gave me the car with.2. if you purchase from a 3rd party you will be charged a higher amount at pickup then what quoted.take pictures!!!

We waited 30mins for the shuttle at the rent a car center. If you are traveling light. I suggest walking across the street. Dont wait for the shuttle. If we had known, we could have saved 30mins.The wait once inside Advantage was a long line, but staff did a great job getting everyone a vehicle as quick as possible.
