I have always had good service here. On the rare occasion the car had a bad smell I was able to exchange it with no issue. The staff are almost always different but the friendliness is consistent.If you see an issue with your car be sure to go to the window about and not the exit gate person.The exit reader for QR code is a challenge. Be ready for it.

Avoid this place at all costs. The employees are unprofessional, sitting on their stools and taking their time with no sense of urgency. Upon arrival, there was a long line with only two workers at the desk. A third worker was just going through paperwork with no care in the world about the line.The place is run down compared to other car rental facilities. The environment is hot and not comfortable or welcoming. Patrons had a hard time getting drinks from the vending machine because 50% of the time it wouldn’t work.This place does NOT have enough cars. Cars were only given to customers as they were returned. The ineffective gentleman who helped me at the counter asked for my email. My gut told me he didn’t really understand or failed to ask for clarification because I never received a confirmation email.As I walked to the car rental I was given, I encountered a couple yelling at me, accusing me of taking their rental car while I was in the middle of loading my luggage. A worker in the lot noticed the commotion and informed me I could take the Camry instead, just letting the security guard know upon exiting that I did an exchange. I did exactly that.Upon returning the car, the line was three times longer than when I first picked it up, with people standing in the hot sun. Luckily, I could just drop off my keys. A couple of days passed, and I called Avis to see if I could get a receipt. They asked for my email because they had none on file. Not surprised at that.I was told to wait two more business days, and I did. Today, I received an email thanking me for returning my car today (I returned it last week). Only to find out I’m being charged for the original car that the couple took, as we were both double-booked. My bill is now doubled, with surcharges because the other couple did not refill the gas.I was able to write all of this while on the phone with Avis customer service, as they themselves are not sure how this could happen and are trying to figure out how to resolve the issue. I would recommend going someplace else.I just got off the phone. I’m lucky I took a picture of the car keys I had, along with the MVA number. The car I had and what was on my receipt were two different cars. I was told to wait 5-7 business days for an update on this case.I would rather go through another car company in the future to avoid any of this trouble. It was a horrible experience!Below are pics showing I allegedly returned the car today (May 20th) when I caught my flight back home on (May 17th).

These crooks rent you a car with No seat belts in the back seats. Broken windshield and capet rip to shreds in the trunk. You tell them they say they will give you a discount. Then they try to charge you for a windshield that was broken already. I got stamped photos of the day we rented the car. What is wrong with these 🤡.

Terrible. This is Avies/Budget rental car and it’s terrible. Although we had a reservation booked and paid upfront, the wait to talk to a person at the counter was extremely long. After spending in the line 20 min we started to hear that they run out of cars. So we had to deal with figuring out how to get a different car and deal with the cancellation. Just terrible. It was about 45 people in the line and one person for Avis and the counter and one person for Budget. With their car prices, I’m sure they can afford more people to work and help the customers.

The worst Avis location. I waited an hour to even get to the front counter, and that's with being a Preferred Member of at least 10 years. People were angry. When finally given a vehicle, it was the wrong one. One lady was so angry she busted through the gate and took off with another person's rental. When I finally was given a vehicle, I couldn't even get out because I, too, was given a wrong vehicle. Thankfully, the lady at the gate fixed it. Here's the kicker, my vehicle had EXPIRED registration/plates. I also got pulled over by officers. I pleaded with them and showed them that it was a rental. They let me go. Imagine having to go through such a scary ordeal with a child in the car! Avoid this Avis location at all cost!!!
