It’s almost like the only 3 cars they have at this location they don’t want to rent out. I have rented with this location in the past and was able to no problem but the car had not been cleaned at all(which I didn’t complain and just cleaned out myself)- this time I followed same process and somehow had the agent on duty trying his hardest to not rent out a car I had a reservation for- maybe because it was an hour to closing time and he was looking to leave very soon. Regardless it put me in a bad position. Luckily enterprise next door who I didn’t have a reservation with was able to save the day.
Jul 06, 2025 · Nicole MDEFINITELY REPORTING THIS TO THE BBB!!!WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE ***EVER***!! Let’s start at the beginning: May 31 I made several attempts to secure a reservation. The first 2 cards I tried wasn’t an acceptable form of payment. I decided to try my Chime credit card, which was ALSO rejected, HOWEVER, the money in my account was deducted & I never received an order confirmation OR reservation number. I had to call customer service a total of FIVE TIMES before the issue was resolved. The 1st representative told me each of my cards were declined because I’m BROKE & it’s not HIS fault that I have no money. He REFUSED to transfer the call to another representative or a supervisor as per my request & hung up on me. The 2nd person told me that they’d create an incident report, took my email & stated that he’d email me the reference number. I never got the email so I called back. The 3rd person was a bit more helpful & actually did what the 2nd rep said he’d do & didnt. After providing screenshots of my money being deducted by Avis, she escalated the call & transferred me to a supervisor. Supervisor then gave me a discount code to cover the rental costs for the days I needed. I’m thinking PERFECT! I redo the rental & when I put the code in it only covered the base rental cost & not the insurance cost which means I have to pay the $90. Problem is, the amount that was deducted from my account was the cost of the rental AND the insurance package. I wasn’t going to pay twice. Today I went to the location in person & THEY WAS VERY NASTY AND SUPER RIDE AND UNHELPFUL! I call customer service YET AGAIN & the rep was giving me the run around. Kept trying to “strike a deal” with me as if giving me a free rental for a day towards a FUTURE reservation balances out the $210! The man behind the desk gets hostile telling me that even if I was given a discount code he still wouldn’t be able to rent to me because they can’t accept a credit card for a same day rental…but who the hell said I was doing a same day rental. I tell him, “sir, we need to handle this issue with my money being taken. Once that’s done, then you can tell me about whatever bull crap made up policies.” After an HOUR on the phone with Amy & her lying that there’s no available supervisors, she gives in and transfers me to a Tattianna. Tattianna asks me for the details of the incident & informs me that she can find the transaction if I can provide my card details. KEEP IN MIND THAT UP TO THIS POINT I WAS TOLD THAT THERE’S NO WAY TO LOCATE THE PAYMENT TRANSACTION DUE TO THE SYSTEM NOT PROVIDING ME A RESERVATION NUMBER!…as SOON as I start giving Tattianna my card number AMY JUMPS IN THE CONVERSATION & INTERRUPTS ME TO PROVIDE A RESERVATION NUMBER THAT DOESNT EXIST! First off? WHY ARE YOU STILL ON THIS CALL AMY!! Tattianna tells Amy, that she needs to hang up. Amy then starts to argue with HER SUPERVISOR at which point Tattianna tells me to provide a call back number so she can end the call to get Amy off the line. Amy’s upset as if my refund comes out of HER paycheck. I provide my number, & Tattianna calls me back, helps me in 3 minutes & within 10 I have my money back in my account. WHY DID IT HAVE TO TAKE 6 DIFFERENT PEOPLE TO RESOLVE THIS!?! WHY DIDNT THE FIRST SUPERVISOR locate the transaction through the card number?!? Last but not least? The men on shift start lying again saying that I can’t use my temporary DL to rent EVEN THOUGH IT CLEARLY STATES ON THE AVIS COMPANY WEBSITE THAT ITS ACCEPTED!!! I’ll be remaking my reservation & if I’m given ANY PROBLEM I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BBB ALONG with complaints to corporate until this location receives new & better employees or until it is shut down. Whichever happens first.

If you see your confirmation email with this address, cancel it and get a rental car from the airport. Their customer service could not be worse. The employees here are extremely unhelpful. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS.

This branch advertises for one way and round trip rentals and when booking through an Avis representative it still allowed them to view the inventory reported and book a rental reservation. When I showed up to this location the man behind the desk had one man asking a question and told me to wait before he could say anything. This man barely looked at my reservation before he said “no, we’re not doing that” told me to check his white board that he had written “No one Ways”.Made zero effort to help or apologize.Zero customer service, no wonder why there are very few vehicles in the parking lot.Do not recommend going here.
