DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!This place is an absolute joke. Completely unprofessional, disorganized, and disrespectful. If you value your time, money, or even basic decency—STAY AWAY.My sister made a reservation one full month in advance. Everything was confirmed. But when she showed up to pick up the vehicle she reserved, they gave her some ridiculous excuse that the previous renter took the keys, so the car was no longer available. What kind of business model is that? No backup plan. No accountability. Just “sorry, nothing we can do.”They claimed they had no similar vehicles and instead offered her something significantly larger—a gas guzzler she didn’t want and didn’t budget for. My sister, who is not confrontational, accepted it hesitantly because she was confused and caught off guard. She wasn’t even shown the vehicle ahead of time—only realized what she was driving when she stepped outside!As her older sister, I went inside to speak with the agent. While waiting in line, I noticed this same employee assign a vehicle to another customer—a vehicle that could’ve been given to my sister. I was on the phone with our oldest sister, calmly explaining the situation, when the agent suddenly decided to “help” me by skipping everyone in line. She immediately got hostile without even letting me speak. I wasn’t loud, rude, or aggressive—but her tone was nasty and combative from the second she opened her mouth.She then had the nerve to say she didn’t have to talk to me because I wasn’t the renter. Excuse me? I was simply advocating for my sister, who was being taken advantage of. Then she stormed to the back, clearly trying to escalate the situation rather than solve it. I assumed she was calling the police—it turned out to be the owner, who shockingly condoned her unprofessional behavior.My sister then came in herself to try and resolve things peacefully, but the agent continued to make excuses and push blame elsewhere. She acted like she was doing us a favor by offering the wrong vehicle and had zero interest in finding a solution. When we asked if she could confirm with the airport location before we wasted time going there, she replied, “They don’t answer the phone.” What?!She tried to spin the situation as an “upgrade” when in reality, it was a financial burden and a complete failure to honor a reservation. To top it off, when we were still trying to figure out if we should drive to the airport or request a refund, they suddenly declared they would no longer serve us. Then she snatched the paperwork and keys out of my sister’s hand.When I asked her to give us back the contract (our only proof of the rental), she didn’t even have the decency to hand it back like a professional—she shoved it into my hands.Absolutely disgusting behavior. The agent was beyond rude, and the owner was no better. I wouldn’t trust these people with a tricycle, let alone a rental vehicle.Save yourself the stress, the money, and the disappointment—go anywhere else. This is BAD BUSINESS, and they should be ashamed of how they treat customers.

We had our first experience with Avis earlier this week due our car we had almost 2 years had to get towed back to dealership for unexpected electrical/mechanical issues.. ERIN was so great with helping us out on such short notice! She was very upfront with the details and expectations that come with renting a vehicle which we did not get from any other rental places we were looking into.. We didn’t have to wait for her service and it was an exceptionally quick process.. Our rental is so beautiful and everything we could’ve asked for.. I recommend visiting Avis and Erin’s services 10000/10

I do not recommend rental service through Avis due the high cost, inconvenience, poor communication, and surprise charges.I rented a car in the app and paid $152.59. I thought this was my total, but apparently it was "prepay".This was a one night rental. I was worried about picking it up late (after office hours) and called and asked if I could come in person and sign the paperwork on my lunch hour to avoid evening traffic (the car would sit there until after I got off work). I was not told this would be an extra charge. By signing for the rental 4 hours early, I was then charged for 2 days instead of 1. I returned the vehicle in 30-32 hours. 3 days later, I was charged another $152.57. I called thinking this was a mistake. It was not.In addition to being charged for 2 days instead of 1, I was charged the following tax/fees:tax:19.24surcharge:11.00(I was told this was charge by the city, pushed to the customer)concession fee:24.79(I was told this was the cost of renting/maintaining the building, pushed to the customer)veh license fee:1.00(I was told this was the fee to renew the license plate registration/year, pushed to the customer)energy recovery fee:1.20(I was told this was to cover the cost of the utility bill in the building, pushed to the customer).

The rental car was filthy...absolutely disgusting. Not vacuumed, not wiped down, food, drinks, and other garbage were left all over the vehicle. I refused the vehicle...and I will NEVER return to this rental company again.

Do not rent from here unless you want to be called a thief, get charged double and feel like your car might get canceled for no reason after reserving it months prior. Forgot to review the store in august 2023 when it happened to me but I had reserved a car and paid full price online. When I went in the lady said “why should I rent to you when next thing I know the car will be on a boat heading to another country” tried to cancel my reservation and deny me and then made me pay double to rent the car after I had already paid and told me that I’m lucky I even got a car at all. I am a business owner and don’t do anyone wrong and had no reason to be treated like that and had to pay double after I was told my reservation I had for months would be cancelled. Only reason I got over it and paid the price AGAIN is it was a Sunday and nowhere else was open and i had to be in Florida the next day.
