This is fraud.I have no problem arriving by a certain time -- IF I am told that I need to arrive by that time, which I was not. In the past I've had issues arriving too early and the car not being ready, so that's why I made the reservation for an early time.

They couldn’t use my corporate card due to the swipe not working (it is 2025 and there is no chip capability). So I had to use my personal card. As always, noted for unlimited tolls. I have been charged a toll fee. When I called they gave me another number to call (and another and another), long story short it seems I’ll be paying for the toll… on my personal card.

However on our recent car collection on Father’s Day, this Avis outlet would not honor our reservation (with discount code) we prebook online on Avis UK website. We ended up paying more than double and was quoted over the counter rate. This was a terrible experience for us. Also hope that in the future, the outlet manager - Delores would be friendlier to their customers.
