The van smells like smoke is dirty and twice it was full of drivers family also dispatcher is extremely rude and hangs up on you then doesn't answer the phone. I would recommend not using them

Drop-off to airport went smoothly, though driver needs to learn boundaries and what type of small talk is appropriate. He spent the ride telling us about all of the bad things that happened to him, deaths of family & friends, and issues he has. Not something people want to hear at 4am while heading on vacation, especially with a 5 year old present! The pick-up at Logan is where the issues happened, because WE WERE NEVER PICKED UP AND LEFT STRANDED! Driver was supposed to be there for 6:30am, confirmed upon our departure when he dropped us off. The dates/times and flight info was confirmed with B&R upon hiring them. Someone from office called us day before to confirm again, and my mother called back and left a message re-confirming and giving all of our flight details. At 6:30 we called to check to se where driver was, and he told us traffic was bad, but he would be there shortly. About 20 min go by, so we call again, no answer, leave a message for him to call us. Maybe 25 minutes later we call B&R who rudely tells us that we did not confirm time with them so no one was coming and we "need to find another way home!" This infuriated us, especially after a long flight and being with a small child. We ended up having to rent a car to get home. Very deceitful and rude practice. Beware! Should have known better when we were told they do no email or have confirmation numbers or messages and accept cash only due to no card machine. Never again!
