We reserved the car for $60, and we were told in our confirmation email we could rent the car using our debit card. We called this office several times before the day of the trip and they never answered. On the day of the trip we had a hard time finding them at the airport and then when we did they said the complete opposite of what was on our confirmation and the agreement we had. They would not release the car or give us a refund. I plan on reaching out to the BBB and the federal trade commission. They could really be scamming people.

We get up to 40mph and your budget car slams on there breaks and comes to a complete stop in the middle of the road. It was most definitely a worker I have a picture of the car number. Not cool my wife’s pregnant and you have someone trying to cause a wreck driving the car.

I didn’t get a video of that one it was bad. This one is only missing the passenger mirror casing. The first car went through a hail storm, the front end license plate was dented in and that was the outside. The inside was wreaked of smoke trying to mask it over with some sort of spray. This second car smelled of smoke as well. It’s one thing to not have great cars to offer but the lady who first initially helped me had an attitude and wasn’t nice. I’ve rented cars just this year alone at least 4 times. I’ve not had this experience at all. I also don’t write negative reviews. The Second Lady (Haley) who did the walk around with me of the hail car was so kind and nice. So maybe the person with me was having a bad day. Maybe they’ve had several people upset of the cars they are offering people. They mentioned the hail car was an upgrade. An upgrade that wreaked of smoke and went through a terrible storm. Once I walked back again I spoke to the supervisor or manager who was working and decided to not stay using this particular rental car agency.At the end of the day customer service left me with a bad taste in my mouth. What if something happened down the road? Would they care for me? Would they care? That was my concern. Do they care for their people like they care for their cars?This was not a great experience at all and I decided to cancel my reservation on site. This is very sad and again check my reviews. This is not typical of who I am as a reviewer. Something needs to change.
Oct 06, 2024 · Caley SpangenbergThe lady accepting the cars in the airport needs to get a different job we don't need someone that's crabby and rude and disrespectful I will go to someone else next time you can thank her for that also when we picked up the car they didn't have the Prius that we saved we had to get a Chevy Cruze so we didn't get the mileage we wanted and the guy said that just return it on empty and it'll make up the difference which it did not so now we're having to argue and explain ourselves to these people here at budget. Also the passenger mirror was there but the back covering to it was gone and they acted like it wasn't like that but we took pictures

Rude employees, didnt have the size vehicle that we were supposed to get and even though this was done 10 months ago they still failed miserably along with the absolutly disgusting smell!
