Terrible experience. I showed up to return my car well before closing, but no one was there—just a sign saying the attendant was out and no drop box available. After waiting and calling customer service, I was told to return the car elsewhere. When I came back to get it, the attendant finally appeared and immediately became aggressive and cursed at me when I said I had been waiting earlier.This location is consistently unreliable—I’ve had previous issues with no staff or no cars despite having a reservation. Completely unprofessional. Avoid if you can.

Your location at the airport in Raleigh NC is the worst excuse of a location I have ever experienced. I reserved and paid for a car and have been in line for 30 minutes already. This photo is of the line you still have. You have more people working in the parking lot doing nothing than inside helping customers. Absolutely unacceptable. Do better! Don’t even have enough cars for what they rented.

The other reviewers are accurate- terrible customer service. I don't mind that, but when arriving at the office, the employee was very rude and told us our reservation couldn't be honored and pointed to a sign "low inventory- reservations less than 24 hours aren't guaranteed" at the front desk. I would have expected them to prevent new reservations to be made at that point, or to at least give us a call or email that the reservation would not be honored.

I opened a case and escalated the issue to executives at Budget. A representative from the territory office initially promised to investigate, but it has now been three weeks, and my calls and texts have gone unanswered. When I stopped by the store again, they acknowledged the issue but said they couldn't fix it at their level.This situation is not just frustrating—it’s alarming. Had a reservation at this location. Arrived and was told that no cars were available until 2-5 hours after my reservation pickup time. I was told I could change my reservation to the airport location, but that would cost more more to pick up at that location. Absolutely horrible customer service, would completely avoid this pickup location.
