I made a reservation online a few days prior and when I walked in, I got an even better rate, with the exact car I needed. Michael and the owner went above and beyond to help me. I had to extend and the rate held. Really great experience

They didn’t give me a car, or offer to help after confirming a reservation online in advance.Absolutely terrible experience. I rented a car through Expedia, Budget sent me a confirmation email, but when I went to pick up the car they said they didn’t have a car and basically told me to get lost. They didn’t offer any other solution. Apparently this is a frequent issue where they are unable to fulfill Expedia orders according to the front desk.

It was my first time renting from this company however the fee on the website is better than the actual price they charge up front. I rented for a week, close to my drop off date I decided to extend for two more weeks everything went smoothly but on my receipt and the brochure they gave to me was a 800 number that I should call for reservation and it would take forever to actually talk to someone. I knew I could only keep the car for no longer than a month and since I was busy with work and wouldn’t get a chance to drop off I decided to extend for another week which I regretted. I called the 800 number and still had a hard time to talk to someone however I got an option where I could request a call back which I did but after waiting on a call back for hours no one return my call. On the day of my drop off immediately when I enter the office I was asking the person at the front desk if they don’t have a office number because it’s my first time renting and the number that I got it’s very hard to get in touch with someone he then answered and said I heard persons complain before and that he believe me. I drop off the keys he went to check the mileage before I left I ask him for a print out of my receipt can I tell u this nigga charge me $100 for late fee and another fee for extension also I drop off two days before a month and they charge me for a month, I confront him about the late fee and he said that’s not his business because if I had google the location I would see the number to call I actually couldn’t believe what he said after just talking to him telling him how it was difficult to get in touch I told him it was ok and left. I just want others to know please check your receipt and if you decide to extend make sure u call and if it takes a hour to get someone stay on the line these people don’t know about customer service they only care about making money it was my first and definitely my last because customer service was trash. If he had explain it to me in a better way and gave me a discount on the late fee I would feel better worst I tried calling was on the phone for a long time request a call back and no one return my call. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

I had a reservation for today but canceled due to a rep calling me and asking if I had a credit card and I stated yes he then went on to say well just to let you know we do a credit check for debit cards and we would hate to turn you around at the gate ! Remind you I’ve rented from this location multiple times before but I will not be going back due to that phone call!

Horrible experience. Would not recommend using this location. We called customer service to confirm that a temporary license was OK and the man at the counter told us that this location is ‘local’ so he ‘makes the rules’ and would not accept the company policy. This man personally ruined my day and my trip for no good reason.
