service for 1 point. When picking up the car, they took a long time to process the paperwork, because of this I was late for the meeting. When returning to the parking lot, I parked according to the signs, it turned out that they themselves came up with the idea that it was necessary on the roof, I returned, re-parked. The car was not fully filled, although a full tank was indicated, it was not clean on the outside, but since there was no time to return, I did not record this in the office.

Absolutely horrible and not honest service. They try to leach the most money they can out of customers. I made a booking from 12 pick up and 12 was the drop off. I came 30 minutes early to pick up the car and asked the front desk if it was okay to take the car and they said yeah sure no problem. I specifically asked if I would be charged more they said “no sir don’t worry you can take the car now”. On the day that I was supposed to give the car back I got a call at exactly 11:45 from a lady accusing me that I’m late for my drop off and that I’d be charged for a full extra day. I stated that my drop off time is for 12 and she said “no we changed your contract conditions”. This was without notifying me and after they stated that there’s no worries and nothing would change. Horrible customer service and they try to make the most money as possible from you in a non honest way. My condo is in the diplomat so I used that location many times before but now they lost my business for sure.Funny thing is even if u try to dispute it with them there’s nothing you can do because they have your card information😂

I rented a car from here and now feel compelled to warn all who come after. This was the worst car rental of my life. It began with the fact I was told to be there at 6PM to pick up the car. When I arrived, the door was locked and there was a sign with hours of operation posted in the door. They said the place closed at 6PM (the time I was supposed to arrive). Luckily I arrived 15 minutes early. There was another note in the door with a number to call, as the attendant was away from the desk. After I called, and waited for 15 minutes, the attendant arrived. She told me there were no cars. She said a few just arrived and they were being cleaned upstairs. After getting through the paperwork I was given a receipt I could not read (triplicate form printed upside down, backward, and faint). Then, I had to walk to the other end of the parking garage and up several flights of stairs to begin my search. When I finally found the guy washing the cars, he had not even started on the one I rented. Rather than wait another 30 minutes I took the dirty car (inside and out). Now, at the time of this writing, I'm fuming from the calls I've been making to Budget to try and get my $340.00 deposit back. It's been more than 2 weeks and I have not seen the deposit posted to my account. First call to support, I spent 20 minutes on hold then then was cut-off. Next call was a long wait followed by someone telling me to use the website and open a ticket. Seriously, renting a car should not be this difficult.

I rent dozens of times throughout the year and usually deal with employees who do not have great people skills. I have to really praise Kerry at this location. She is amazing and attentive. Rented on several occasions from her at this location and she went above and beyond with her customer service. Budget has a hidden gem in her and it’s been a pleasure dealing with her.
