However I have been here since 6am it is 12pm and no one touch my car yet. I am the 3rd car. Only the first car has been maintenance.

Now, it’s the complete opposite. The new front desk staff are rude, disrespectful, and clearly don’t understand the TLC business. As an immigrant driver, I feel taken advantage of and disrespected. Sally was built on immigrant labor — now they treat us like we don’t matter. It’s shameful.I hope the TLC and the Independent Drivers Guild investigate the way Sally is treating its drivers. We deserve respect and fair treatment.

In addition the manager went above and beyond to further address questions I had and demonstrated outstanding qualities and problem solving skills to find solutions that best fit my needs as a customer .In my opinion this is often lacking with other companies.Good places and people may be hard to find but here at Sally I am very pleased with the experience and look forward to continuing being a driver with them.Sincerely Jason
