His behavior was ego-driven, as if he enjoyed having control over someone else’s plans.After this incident, I followed up and raised the matter professionally. I had to wait a ridiculous 40 minutes for their shuttle, with no communication or updates whatsoever. It was a complete waste of time.To make matters worse, when I booked the rental, it was not made clear at all that their location is not at the main rental car center. This caused unnecessary confusion and frustration, especially since they failed to provide any messages or instructions about where to go. I was left stranded, trying to figure things out on my own, which is the last thing anyone wants after a long flight.The lack of transparency and terrible customer service made this one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. If you value your time and want even the slightest bit of decent service, do yourself a favor and avoid Drivo at all costs.

He was patient and swift. Very thorough in his explanation of the service and policies. 10 out of 10 for customer service and attentiveness. I used to rent with Uhaul but it’s way too expensive! Drivo is my new go to for rentals. As an Event Decorator, I need reliable transportation that doenst kill me in mileage costs. I’m glad to have found Drivo, and the pick up location is close to home.

We arrived and called for the shuttle in which took nearly an hour to arrive, when we arrived there was a line of individuals waiting for their reserved cars. After about an hour and half it was determined there were no cars available for the 10-15 people waiting, despite confirmed reservations, and it would be about 45 min before cars would be ready. Finally we were told that we would have a vehicle in about 20 min and my husband was next in line, when he attempted to finalize everything he was told he could not use either of his credit cards, nor his debit card for the purchase and would have to undergo a credit check- the team member never had him sign anything or asked his ssn, yet allegedly ran his credit and was denied the car. I can understand the credit check with paying with a debit card or cash but why wasn’t this communicated when the reservation was made? Very bait and switch tactics used by this company- not to mention waiting nearly 4 hours to be told we couldn’t rent the car we reserved which wasn’t even available. Unacceptable you receive the reservations in advance to ensure there are enough cars available. Not to mention the staff members present showed no empathy or remorse for what we and the 15 other individuals had to go through. I don’t think anyone in line with us actually received their car. Plus there was an airport executive present at the same time who also received such disgusting service.We ended up booking a car with budget same day and received amazing customer service and care there- and they even commented this location is notorious for this. Then they upgraded us.Do not use this company- pay the extra money for a more reputable one
