When I arrived in Charlotte Douglas the pickup directions were incorrect. I waited for over 45 minutes only to discover I was in the wrong place based on the pick up instructions that were sent to me. I called the car rental agency to find out what was taking so long and the gentleman explained "he is the only driver and he is doing the best he can. He is performing multiple duties".Upon arriving at the car rental center I explained to the agent Priceline had already charged my card. He proceeded to inform me that the information I had was incorrect and charged me again even after I showed him my credit card charge and receipt from Priceline (attached). I called Priceline and they proceeded to call the car rental center to clear it up. The agent still would not issue a refund. Now, I have to file a claim with Priceline to get a refund.Don't fall for the extra insurance. Although I had purchased insurance through Priceline, he told me that insurance was not sufficient and I needed to purchase additional coverage through easirent.I should have stopped there. However it was after 9pm and I wanted to get somewhere safe. I went outside and upon inspecting the car for damages, the car was dirty AND I noticed the passenger side view mirror was attached to the car with duct tape (see picture). I can't make this up. I went back inside and told the agent that I wanted another car. He then explained it was documented and I could take the car. I said, " so you all know this car has duct tape on the mirror and your sending it out for rent?"This was the absolute worse experience. Don't waste your money or your time. You think they are cheaper but by the time you leave, you have paid more than renting from a reputable company.

This company got me a really beautiful car at a fraction of the price that I would pay at budget. If you have the time it makes a lot of sense to get on the shuttle and go out and get a car from a nearby place. The bargain is when you leave the airport
