He was very patient kind and made me very comfortable with knowing that I was getting a safe vehicle to enjoy my Las Vegas trip. Rob Also made the process of checking in extremely easy. We walked around and inspected the car, sign the papers we were on our way. The shuttle pulled up. We were out and it was a quick and smooth process. I will be back renting with Easirent every visit from Vegas.

The last person called was here hour an hour and 45 minutes.There is a play area for littles if you do choose to wait 2ish hours.The building is clean and I don't feel claustrophobic, since it's wide open. A few vending machines to have a meal since you might be starving after a long flight.It would be amazing if we didn't have to sit here for another hour.Bathroom smells like urine. Toilet is clogged since there's no tp and people used paper towels instead. We let someone know and they supplied toilet paper right away.

Most of my complaints will be attributed to "Easirent" being in a transitional stage, relocating. While others, I can not justify.Such as vehicles dirty, sure I was given compensation for the short coming, but it doesn't change the fact. Car rentals must be rented CLEAN; the shuttle vans must also be kept clean and free from foreign orders..It also would have beer nice to have been dropped off at the airport, rather than a secondary shuttle bus and then to the airport. When coming from out of town, having to transfer from shuttle to shuttle SUX‼️

Reason for the 3rd star. He was helpful and informative. We were worried about the vehicle return due to the damage on the driver side when we picked it up. Ron let us know that he was aware of the damage prior to our rental. He was friendly and answered all of our questions.Now when we picked up the vehicle, completely different experience. This location is an additional shuttle ride from the car rental terminal. About another 7-10 minutes. If you’re looking for top notch service and communication from the counter, do not go here. If you’re looking for friendly and professional representation of this company, do not go here. If you’re looking for a clean vehicle or heck let’s be crazy, the vehicle to be checked after the previous rental… you got it…go somewhere else.The counter reps were rude and unprofessional. I cringed at the way one of the other customers were reprimanded, yup… reprimanded because he complained about the idle chatter and other activities causing the long wait. Even the lady who assisted us, was not rude to us, but her banter was unacceptable.The vehicle we received after declining the first 2 due to amount of dirt inside and out, was decent but also needed to be cleaned. I refused to leave the lot until it was cleaned out. From what I understand they didn’t have any water to clean the vehicles…..The man who did clean the vehicle we rented did so with a small rag and fabuloso. I started wiping down the inside with antibacterial wipes I keep for the plane. The vehicle itself was good and rode well. So many details keeping this place from being a great customer experience…. And $7 a day turned into $200 for 3 days after all the fees!

Even though I had car rental insurance through a 3rd party, I still had to provide them my declaration page from my personal car insurance. They then tried to sell me an additional insurance for glass and tires.The agent I dealt with was fast and efficient.The car I rented was ok on the outside with no damage however the inside didn't look like it had been wiped between us and the last person. Their was damage to the headrest that you wouldn't observe unless you got in the rear seat.I will not rental from them again.
