Short summary:1) The Dalton Enterprise location gave us a bad car that immediately/repeatedly overheated on the highway (high engine temp, check engine light came on)2) The new car had an undocumented dent on the roof that the Chattanooga (Lee Highway) location blamed us for upon return and made a claim against our insurance without informing usThey claimed that we damaged the roof of their rental vehicle when doing the post return inspection by showing us a small dent (see attached pictures). We did not cause the damage to the roof. The car was:A) rented for a single day to drive to and from work between Dalton and ChattanoogaB) not parked under any trees or areas with potential for falling objectsC) driven in any weather that would cause damage to the vehicleThe attendant stated at the time that they would contact the Enterprise location in Dalton to confirm if the damage was pre-existing and would contact us if anything further were required. Enterprise never contacted us, but instead filed a claim without notifying us. I found out two weeks later via a text from our insurance for a claim from Enterprise to the tune of $700+ for the roof dent that we did not cause.The Enterprise Dalton location confirmed to us that they were never contacted by the Chattanooga location about the damage, but regardless did not have any photos of the roof before the rental was released to us.This was after the Dalton location rented us a car that had engine overheating problems...Best case - they have bad/non-standard documentation procedures across locations when renting their vehicles (they have no photos of the car's roof before...ever...apparently, but then do document the roof on return?)Worst case - they're trying to extract another $700 from their customer/insurance to increase profitabilityEither way - renter beware - video and document every part of the car, including the roof, or you may be on the hook for damage you didn't cause.

Was in an accident with no fault of my own. Was set up to receive a rental from Enterprise in Chattanooga. Called to set up at Chapman road and was told maybe next week they would have availability. Another location had what I needed but once they knew it was through insurance they quickly said that I would not be able to rent. Remind you I was not getting a compact. I was set up for full size truck or SUV. They quickly said they didn’t have anything available. Would not use again! Sorry customer service.

I had an excellent experience at this Enterprise location. Staff is friendly and professional. The car was clean and fun to drive. Honestly, I don’t have a single negative comment to provide. I’ll definitely rent from this location whenever I need a car.

Que @ Enterprise Rental car (Chapman Rd) was amazing from the start of the process to finish. All of the staff were amazing and the customer service is phenomenal! Will definitely be back for my rental car needs

I was stranded in Chattanooga and didn’t have a major credit card with me. I was able to book a reservation over the phone that told me I would be able to use my debit card or that my company would be able to pay with their credit card over the phone. When I got there I was told this was not the case and I wouldn’t be able to rent a car and that enterprise uses a third party company to take reservations. The manager, Kenneth, was very condescending, and although he said everything with a smile it was evident that he was being a jerk. On top of all this an elderly woman who wanted a different vehicle was having to go outside to make phone calls to her insurance company and Kenneth and a coworker were making fun of her while she did. She was also spoken to in a condescending manner. If I could give zero stars I would
