This location gets it right EVERY time! The staff at this location are AWESOME! They’re always friendly (even with a lobby full of customers) and extremely efficient! I love that they value my time and have made the checkout process seamless. This is my FOREVER location when my life calls for a rental!

I needed a rental after a not at fault total loss car accident. I had a 10am reservation for a mid size suv that was prorated through my insurance. First vehicle they said was ready for me after about 3 hours of being there smelled like weed. I turned it down of course. 1 hour later they presented me with another vehicle. Here’s the kicker I had to kick out more money out of pocket because it was bigger vehicle. I reached out to corporate, they did nothing. They person who I spoke to assured me I would here back from someone. After returning the vehicle the associate that closed out the rental asked how was your experience. I let her know the same thing in this review. She told me to call her back later so we can discuss what can be done to turn the experience around. I called back of course she was not available. I left a message with my name and number with another associate. Still no call back. I really believe this location is setup for failure especially being close to the airport.

I recently returned a vehicle to Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and the experience was beyond frustrating. The main issue was that the oil change light kept coming on and off, and the vehicle just wasn’t driving well overall. This is unacceptable for a rental — customers should not be handed vehicles that are clearly not in proper working condition.When I brought the car back, I explained the issue and was shocked when they asked if I would take the car to another location to get the oil changed myself. That is absolutely not my responsibility as a customer. I told them I would prefer to swap out the vehicle instead. They told me there would be a two-hour wait.After patiently waiting for more than two hours, I checked in to see how much longer it would take. I was told they weren’t sure, since other customers with reservations were now arriving. Then they offered a new “solution”: have one of their employees take the car to get the oil changed and bring it back. At that point, I was beyond frustrated.I explained to the manager — again — that the issue wasn’t just the oil change. The car was not driving well, and I didn’t feel safe in it. After all this, it’s now been three hours, and I’m still waiting.This whole situation was handled poorly from start to finish. It's not the customer’s job to deal with vehicle maintenance, and it’s unacceptable to leave someone sitting for hours without clear communication or resolution. I will NEVER return to this location again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before renting from here.

We had a terrible experience here. My only positive point is the staff is pretty friendly.We came in and our name wasn't taken, so we were skipped in line. If you're out of state, you have to pay with a credit card and there's a $300 security deposit - No one tells you these things until you get there. Then, the "reservation" is not actually reserved for you, so we ended up waiting for a smaller car after calling to adjust our reservation to someone who had a credit card (because apparently they couldn't just do it there).We thought this would be 30 minutes and maybe $200, but it turned into 2 hours and almost $500. We lost a whole chunk of our priceless vacation time on something we took care of months in advance. THEY should have informed us of all the extra shit, and even called us the day before to let us know to have $300 and an ID, but not that a credit card was mandatory for our reservation.We had to suffer because of this organization's incredibly poor policies. It may be bigger than just this location, so save yourself and just use a different company.
