We had no complaints about the vehicle or the initial customer experience. Everything seemed to go well until after we returned the car and realized we had accidentally left a bag of newly purchased Walmart items in the trunk totaling around one hundred twenty eight dollars. We contacted the branch immediately and were told the car had already been cleaned out, but despite follow ups and receipt proof, we received no real answers and no effort to locate our missing belongings.What happened next felt dishonest and deeply disappointing. Our items were not misplaced. They were stolen while the vehicle was in Enterprise’s possession. The lack of accountability and transparency from the staff was extremely frustrating. No log of found items was provided, no one admitted to seeing the bag, and the entire issue was brushed off. Enterprise needs to do better. When customers trust you with their travel needs, that includes trusting your staff not to take their personal property. The car may have been great, but the way our situation was handled was crooked and unacceptable. We will not be returning to this location and cannot recommend it to others unless serious changes are made.

Alex ended up having a driver drive me back to my body shop. Got my car, handled a personal appointment and then went back to drop my car off at the body shop and return to enterprise. I dealt with someone else, but Alex did check in multiple times to make sure that we were taken care of and he wanted to be sure everything worked out.Despite my morning being chaos, I truly appreciated how prompt he was and how great his customer service was and I think he deserve a shout out.

I called in to book a reservation and was quoted a specific price over the phone. However, when I sent someone to pick up the car, the price mysteriously changed. (Not including deposit or taxes)Each time, I had to call back and argue the discrepancy, and suddenly the issue was blamed on a "system error" and the price reverted to what was originally quoted. It feels incredibly dishonest and manipulative.What bothers me even more is that the people I send to pick up the car don’t speak English fluently. It seems like this language barrier is being used to take advantage of them, which is absolutely unacceptable and upsetting.If you’ve experienced something similar, please speak up. These practices won’t stop unless more people come forward and hold them accountable. We deserve honesty and fairness, not games and price switching.

I took it back, was given a much smaller, CR 67, Mazda CX-30. It reeked of an offensive scent. I could just stand to be in the car. Some people are allergic to this crap, don't just HATE it like me. The cruise control cannot be relied upon to stop the car in time, if the car in front stops; its controls are inferior, too. Low engine oil warning came on the next day. I called and was told that the car was set to "come on early" so I did not need to change the oil! Since I did not want to be charged for an engine meltdown due to low oil, I drove it the minimum possible, using my wife's car instead for a long trip. This car got me where I needed to go, barely. I was encouraged to sign up for two weeks, which I did, but returned it to the auto body shop (who recommended Enterprise) a week early when they body shop finished with my car. I called E the next day and asked for my refund, no sign of it yet and no further contact.

Got there and waited for 50 minutes in an office without AC. Finally went out to find the “guy” and he said “I’m just hosing it off”The car had 15 dings and the inside was filthy. I will never rent from enterprise again!
