He couldn’t have been more understanding and kind during a frustrating situation. I didn’t feel like just another customer or feel any impatience or irritation from him whatsoever. I highly recommend this location for honest, dependable, and professional service. I also appreciated how they stuck to a schedule as well. When I followed up with customer support, they casually admitted that it’s likely my vehicle was just given to someone else.Enterprise claims to operate on an “open reservation” system, but what’s the point of reserving a car if they don’t actually hold it for you? I received no warning. Not by phone, not by email, not on my account—that my reservation was canceled.Trying to salvage the situation, I made a new reservation for 6/27. I was told at 11:00 AM that the car would be cleaned and ready shortly, though my pickup time was scheduled for 10:30 AM. I waited, called back multiple times, and was finally told the car still hadn't been returned. So not only was my second reservation ignored, but now I was stuck again.What’s worse is that I was told if the car isn’t returned on time or is returned after hours, there's nothing they can do. So what happens to me, the paying customer? I’m just out of luck?This isn’t just a minor inconvenience—it’s a birthday trip for my son that’s now delayed or potentially canceled. I can’t fit my family and our luggage into a smaller vehicle. I also couldn’t get through to anyone via live chat or customer support, since they close at 5 PM and are unavailable on weekends. I had a rental car for 3 days that I picked up from here. 2 months later I get a notification from my car insurance that they submitted a claim for hail damage. It never rained, nor hailed during my time having the car. There was no accidents, there was no damage. I noticed some marks on the car when picking it up... the car the guy told me he had already documented the marks on the car. These people didn't send me any sort of notification, they're liars and scam artists. THIS IS YOUR WARNING, DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!

Initially I made a reservation on the phone but got a call back hours later saying actually there was nothing. From there I was stranded 200 miles from home.
