The facility was clean and well-maintained, and the car selection was top-notch. I am really disappointed with the service. I rented the vehicle for 2 days but they charged me for 8 days. After 20 days for my car rental. That means the location front desk has tampered the rental agreement and made the changes. Enterprise is one of the best leading rental cars agency. I am absolutely disappointed and it’s very disgraceful for customers like me to encourage this kind of behavior from the agents.Luckily the customer support service has helped me and fixed the issue.I understand accidentally things happen but tampering the rental dates and time after the actual charges are made is unacceptable.I suggest the authorities to take strict action on this kind of behavior.

Asked 11 times for question about my bill. I received a $300 boll 1 month later after return. I’m always told request is escalated and never called. Obviously escalation is just a bluff because 11 escalations would be pretty high in the corporate level.Long time customer of enterprise and have always had good service till now. I hope it’s just local issue.

My recent rental experience was extremely disappointing. As a repeat customer, I've never encountered such issues.I had a reservation and notified the location immediately when I realized I'd be late. While I understand tardiness isn't their problem, being met with a rushed "hopefully you make it here in time, we close at six" wasn't a great start. I called back to ask if I could sign for the vehicle and pick it up later, as I needed a ride. A different employee said this was fine but again, unprompted, reminded me about the 6 PM closing time.I arrived at 5:45 PM, but it was clear the employees were rushing to leave. While I appreciate wanting to go home, customer needs should be met if they arrive before closing. I felt incredibly rushed through the rental process.The young lady who completed my rental told me I didn't need to walk around the car with her; she'd do it and note any issues. When she returned, she mentioned the gas tank wasn't completely full but said there were no other problems. She then added that walking the car didn't matter anyway since I had bumper-to-bumper coverage. I usually walk around the car with the employee, and I should have insisted on it this time, but I was trying to be understanding and comply to get things done quickly, especially since I was already late. I left the branch right at 6 PM.I didn't pick up the vehicle until after midnight, as I was preparing for travel. Immediately upon entering, I saw the tire pressure light was on. I believe the light was on before I picked up the vehicle, and in their rush, the employees neglected to address it. This caused a huge inconvenience. When I tried to put air in the tire at three different gas stations, it wouldn't take air and actually seemed to be losing more, getting flatter and flatter.I called Enterprise roadside assistance. Initially, I was told nothing could be done since nearby branches were closed. I suggested going to the airport location, and arrangements were made for me to pick up a replacement vehicle at DFW. Because of the flat tire, I didn't refill the gas tank; it didn't seem safe, especially since I'm nine months pregnant and had a two-year-old with me. I felt this inconvenience was due to Enterprise's lack of due diligence.At the DFW car rental location, I encountered more problems. After navigating multiple inconveniences, I didn't receive a new vehicle until almost 3 AM. I confirmed it would be okay to drop off the vehicle at the Roanoke location to avoid further hassle, and I was told it would not be an issue.Today, when I went to drop off the vehicle at the Roanoke location, they couldn't find my reservation. After I provided a paper receipt, they located the vehicle but saw that the transaction was never completed on DFW's end. I was then told I'd be charged again. My initial pickup cost $677, and I was charged another $348, totaling over $1000 because DFW didn't properly close out the first rental and charge me for the new vehicle.The sales associate helping me seemed indifferent. There was a line of customers behind me, and he rushed me, stating he couldn't do anything and I'd have to take it up with the DFW location. Yet, this location was trying to charge me again for something I'd already paid for. I had to ask multiple times for a receipt. I even left the branch and came back, and he told me to check my spam folder. He sent one receipt for the attempted closeout on the original vehicle, where I was charged $100 and was supposedly going to be refunded the remaining amount. There was no refund.The second charge was for the full rental period, Which was higher than my original quote, even though it should have been prorated since I'd only had the first vehicle for a short time. When I brought this up, he again told me I had to take it up with DFW to get a refund. I don't understand why I'd have to deal with DFW when this location charged me.
