And the lady acknowledged.The next day, after the insurance company confirmed that there was no need to add the insurance, i drove to the place to confirm insurance was not needed.Well, i was told i had to bring the rental car to change that. Why? i would understand if you were to add coverage but not the other way around.Well, i told them, no problem we pay the insurance for the 3 days but not after when the renewal kicks in.Well, the renewal happened and when the final invoice came, we were charged for coverage for the all rental duration.After discussing that with the supervisor, we were told to contact the customer service who told us that the only who could do something was the actual location. We called and explained again the unfairness and the lie they did.They would not change their mind and won't have a customer approach. they never called back on the top of that. Call them whatever you want but they can not be trusted and they are taking advantage of people confidence.Since there are plenty of other car rental companies, we will shop personally and for our company (multiple rental every month) other places.(it should be zero star but no choice)

Logan got me into a wrangler while mine was in the shop and his customer service was really really fantastic. I was so sad about my jeep man but he hooked things right up. When i came in to return the rental, i met with Cliff. His service was also great, even though they closed at 6 he waited for me to get there a little after. I got to show him my new jeep too!! The customer service is amazing at this place. A+. Thanks guys!!!!!

While the rental rate was reasonable and the car was in good condition, I faced significant billing issues.I returned the car on Saturday as per the agreement, but because the location was closed until Monday, I was charged for two additional days. I didn’t receive an online receipt and had to visit another Enterprise location in person to get a copy—only then did I see the extra charges.When I first called to get it resolved, I was told I'd be transferred to a manager. After waiting 15 minutes, the call was disconnected, and they stopped answering. I contacted Enterprise customer service, who said they’d follow up with this location—but nothing happened for several days.Eventually, I reached the location’s manager, who said he’d take care of it, but over a week has passed with no update. Unfortunately, it seems I’ll need to follow up again.This experience was frustrating and disappointing. I hope the location improves its communication and billing process for future customers.

So this was not an isolated situation where my particular car was not available for a reason, rather 5 renters out of 8 were left holding the bag. Not only did they not leave me enough time to make alternative plans, it threw a significant wrench in the works of my weekend plans. I had to scramble and find a different, non-Enterprise, solution.To add insult to injury, the Enterprise staff member that called me wrapped up our call by saying "I hope you have a good day". Read the green, people. Read the green. I would have hoped for a sentiment similar to "We let you down and in so doing, likely ruined your day. We apologize."

I was first given a vehicle with a damaged wheel, and after raising the issue, I was switched to a Mazda sedan that had multiple problems: one window didn’t roll down, one key fob was broken, the trunk key didn’t work, and the car had a strong odor.To make matters worse, upon returning the vehicle, I was charged more than twice the quoted rate and never received a receipt. I attempted to call the number listed on their website, but conveniently it was disconnected.This has been the worst rental experience I’ve ever had—fraudulent charges, unacceptable vehicle condition, and zero communication. I still cannot reach anyone to resolve these issues.In the below pictures you can see that the key fob was broken and the other fob had the missing button for the trunk. I took these with timestamps for proof and can gladly show that as well.
