★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1CUSTOMERS BE AWARE!!!!!!Returned my rental vehicle at this location on June 27, 2025, I asked the rental agent for a receipt he informed me that he couldn't give me a receipt because I did not rent my rental vehicle from that location. So, on Monday June 30, 2025, I called the location I rented my rental vehicle from which she informed me that he was able to give me a receipt. Strike one! The rental agent from address 5316 ED BLUESTEIN BLVD informed me that she will work on it and a receipt will be generated by the afternoon. At around 2ish no call or receipt in my email. Strike two! I called the location, and she told me she was too busy and was not able to get my receipt done and the other location hasn't given her a response. Strike three! Called customer service Monday June 30th, Tuesday July 1st, Wednesday July 2nd and Thursday July 3rd which every single customer service rep. told me it has been escalated up and the Regional Manager will give me a call. Four days in a row and no call from the Regional Manager. Received my receipt on July 3rd and guess what they decided to add FIVE ADDITIONAL DAYS TO MY RENTAL RECEIPT. They charged me and my insurance company for those additional days. This is the type of service Enterprise in Austin Texas is giving. This location told the other location I returned my rental vehicle on the 30th of June, so they closed out my rental agreement on the 1st of July. What type of rental agents is the Austin locations hiring. Let me tell you all this the money you stole from me, and my insurance company is around $200.00. I am writing this because it's the principal behind it. I've rented in other states from Las Vegas, California, South Carolina, other cities in Texas and numerous other states and never was I treated like this or disrespected. Enterprise needs to take a look at these two locations. I hope this helps other customers. Rent in other locations besides these two locations. At the end of the day these two locations will never get my business ever again.Received a call from the Branch Manager Evan from 7th street in Austin apologizing for the mistake on their part. I hope Enterprise Corporate Office reads this and makes Evan the Regional Manager he definitely knows how to handle customer complaints. Thank you, Evan, for making a bad experience a better one. I was told the location was in Pflugerville, about 4 miles away. Since my vehicle wasn’t safe to drive except to a body shop, I dropped it off and planned to speak with them the next morning.However, I later received a text confirming my appointment at a different Caliber location on Cheddar Loop. Not feeling safe driving further, I rescheduled to the 685 location where I had already dropped off my car. When I went to Enterprise for a rental, they had no vehicles available and told me to go to the Cheddar Loop location where the reservation had been made.At Cheddar Loop, I found a sign saying the employee was on break and would return in 20 minutes. I waited and tried calling both the local office and the 800 number. One rep couldn’t get through, and another transferred me to the accident rental unit. The person who answered was difficult to understand and hung up on me when I asked him to repeat himself and requested a supervisor.I walked over to Caliber to ask about the Enterprise rep and was told he had left because they assumed I no longer needed the rental. When I was getting ready to leave (over 30 minutes later) Enterprise, two men arrived—one in an Enterprise shirt, so after they went inside, I went to get my rental. When I explained I was there for my rental, he told me that since I wasn’t having my car repaired at that Caliber, he couldn’t provide a rental at my insurance rate. He then tried to upsell me on a minivan or SUV, saying I could “just pay the difference.” He said they prioritize those rentals for customers using that specific Caliber and other nearby collision centers, verifying they had a rental, but would not let me have it.I was shocked and left. I then called the Round Rock Enterprise near the Caliber on Mays, where I had previously gone for a comprehensive claim. They only had an SUV but offered it to me with the option to trade down when a smaller vehicle became available. I also called the Pecan St. location, and they said they would have a vehicle for me after 1 PM.None of the other Enterprise locations treated me poorly or denied me a rental within my coverage. After being in an accident, I expected more understanding and professionalism. This experience was incredibly disappointing.
