Person in the front desk is also doing the sanitizing. .My car is being serviced at Hyundai down the street and I was thinking the convenience but I would have been better off going to the Enterprise at San Pedro….never had to wait longer than ten minutes. If you care about your time….please go somewhere else. They have a separate truck rental room next door….with two workers and they don’t care to help. I wish they had a negative star option.

I rented a van from this location through an insurance claim paid for by another driver's insurance. Upon returning the van, I noticed a crack in the windshield. I initially planned to file a claim through my insurance, but the manager insisted that I pay their $300 deductible, assuring me that it would be much easier for both of us and that this was their process. I was assured that this would be the end of it, so I agreed since they were very adamant about needing the deductible payment.Months later, I received an email stating that I owed them $875 for the windshield. I have requested the manager to call me, but I have received no response. I also asked for someone from corporate to reach out, but again, no call came. Instead, I get threatening emails demanding payment or else I would face collections for something I thought had already been taken care of.Additionally, weeks after returning the van, another employee called me asking for a $89 payment because I returned the van one day later than the 30-day rental period. I told him to contact the insurance about this charge, but he insisted that I needed to pay. I explained that they were handling all the charges, but he replied, "I have your credit card on file; I’ll just charge it." I informed him that he did not have my permission to do that, but he charged my American Express without my consent.This was also weeks after I had returned the van, and they should not have had my credit card information on file anymore. It feels like they are trying to do whatever they want and are very misleading or do not communicate well within the company. I am still waiting for a corporate manager to call me.
