I came in with my temporary license and ALL the required paperwork—everything they asked for—yet their clueless staff still refused to help me. Either they don’t know their own policies, or they just enjoy wasting people’s time. The employees were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Instead of doing their jobs, they gave me attitude and excuses. If this is how they treat paying customers, I can’t imagine how they stay in business. Avoid this place unless you enjoy frustration and incompetence.

However, after my most recent experience, I will no longer be renting from this location.I had a reservation scheduled for 6:00 PM. Understanding that arriving early can sometimes result in pricing changes, I timed my arrival carefully and ordered an Uber. Although the estimated wait time was 10–15 minutes, it ended up taking closer to 20, putting my arrival just a few minutes past 6:00 PM, between 6:02 and 6:05.Aware of the location’s closing time, I proactively called to inform the staff that I was en route and would arrive only a few minutes after 6. I was told bluntly, “No can do, we lock the doors at 6.” I explained the situation, that I was simply waiting on the Uber and there were no delays expected. The representative pretended to consult with a manager and reiterated, “Sorry, we can’t.”What was most frustrating is that she then admitted someone was supposed to call me earlier in the day to inform me that I needed to be there by 6 PM sharp, but they were “too busy” to do so. She also contradicted herself multiple times, first suggesting that if I had called while in the Uber with a more precise ETA, they might have waited, and then saying they couldn’t open a rental ticket after 6 under any circumstances.So which is it? Would calling from the Uber have helped, or is policy absolutely inflexible at 6:00 PM?The entire experience felt like a refusal to stay five extra minutes, whether due to management not wanting to pay minimal overtime or staff simply not willing to make a small accommodation. Either way, it communicated a clear lack of customer care.This incident, though brief, was enough to lose a long-time customer. A rigid policy is one thing; poor communication and indifference to loyal customers are another entirely.
