My experience suggests that this individual's conduct is unacceptable for a customer service role.Upon returning a pickup truck, Misha asserted that there was dog hair in the vehicle cabin and threatened a $200 cleaning fee. Despite our refusal to pay this unjustified charge, we took the truck to a gas station within the same shopping center and thoroughly vacuumed the bed. We returned the truck in immaculate condition, as evidenced by a photograph taken at the time (picture attached for reference). However, Misha refused to provide a final receipt, stating it would be emailed.Subsequently, upon reviewing my credit card statement, I discovered a $200 overcharge, confirming my suspicion regarding Misha's refusal to issue a physical receipt. This necessitated contacting her supervisor and district manager to dispute and ultimately remove the fraudulent charge. I was involved in a car accident and picked up a vehicle from here, and I was assured by an Enterprise employee that everything would be fully covered. I was told I could only return the car to this location due to a shortage and because it was through insurance. However, they kept closing early, and I went to drop off the car four times only to find them closed before business hours. I even knocked on the door, seeing people inside, but was completely ignored. I called customer service, and they told me to just drop the key in the box—except this location didn’t have a drop box. So, I went to a different location where they helped me.Later, I received a bill for over $867.30, despite being told I’d be charged $20 per day for coverage. Turns out, it was actually $41.31 per day. I called customer service multiple times, and they assured me I'd get a full refund and to wait 7–10 days. I never received the refund, so I called again and was told the issue was escalated and that a manager would contact me—but I never received that call either.

They told me someone from upper management would call me back in 24 hours. It’s been almost 48 hours. No response and I called up again. They put me on hold disconnected me and then I called back again. They put me on holdand told me they would look into it and someone would get back to me then they transferred me over to somebody else that had no knowledge of anything. This is really ridiculous. It’s unacceptable last time I use Enterprise in the future. A week has went by not a phone call from a supervisor call that gave me was very unsafe. Front wheels were shaking front seat, was loose. Not to mention the ants in the back still waiting a week and a half now I highly recommend people find another company to rent their cars from. I took the vehicle to Enterprise and told him that the car was not running well they would not replace it on the spot not helpful at all, definitely stay away from Enterprise. The cars are not checked out properly and they do not help you or respond to you.

Sure enough, they charged me with a $75 dollar drop off fee because I dropped the car off at another location. I never signed off on this and they never told me the car is scheduled to be dropped off only at this location. they only told me that I could drop off the car at any location in the U.S. I found it pretty concerning how they would just lie about that and also the car smelled like an ashtray.
