I parked the rental car in the handicap parking space.Note: I left the car in the handicap space with no damage to the vehicle.As you look at the picture you cannot see the blue lines from the handicap space.💁Later after I return to my residence I received a call from Enterprise rental car letting me know that the front bumper on the left side was unhinged.I asked them to explain what they meant unhinged because I left it intact.After Enterprise rental car manager Amy set me a picture of what the car look like.Her confession to me was.Before they drove the rental car from the parking lot, where I parked it at CALIBER Collision this is what they saw.NEEDLESS TO SAY ENTERPRISE RENTAL CAR SAID,THEY WOULD ASK CALIBER COLLISION TO USE THEIR CAMERAS TO SEE THE CONDITION OF THE CAR THAT I LEFT IN THE HANDICAP SPACE...... Tracy was great very friendly and easy to speak with. Made a couple suggestions on the type of vehicle chosen just in case I wanted to upgrade. Facility very clean 2 bathrooms large waiting area and plenty of parking.

As it's raining I just picked up and they asked me to switch 7 seater from other location. When I went there those employees made me wait and waster time but never gave a 7 seater though available and says it's all booked. Doesn't seem ethical..this company is going down year by year and lacking customer service. And the 5 seater I got has bad vipers too in the heavy rain. Worst experience

I had to wait close to an hour just for them to get me a vehicle. Then when I return to the same location I left an item in the back seat of the car and they claimed it was not there. So if you leave anything that they might like, is new, popular, or worth anything you would not get it back. Even knowing I left it there they claim it was not there. Wow, that's extremely dishonest. I was not expecting that from a company like Enterprise. I will let anyone know of my experience and think twice about renting from them again. I will make my insurance aware of this too because I do not want to deal with this company again. Extremely dissatisfied customer.

Isn't that silly. 3 cars originally shown all had holes in carpet at accelerator pedal. Really big holes. No floor mats. Again, the employees were all outstanding but the company corporation choices need to be reconsidered.
