Apr 17, 2025 · ameen kanouhJames lied and sabotage my whole experience at enterprise had car 30+ days . I always called even if late making payments and made all my payments . This is an ongoing issue and I don’t feel comfortable with giving anymore info here cause I’m scared of more sabotage and retaliation. I reported James to corporate and in return he sabotaged me and set me up to fail . I had loss in family and was out of town and Mother’s Day weekend and lost my mother so Mother’s Day coming was rough for me. Tried telling James this he had no empathy at all for me. Only to say I need to pay now. I hung up called 800 number was told I did not have to deal with that branch anymore . But did call James back to make payment for Thursday and Friday which was only days I owed at time. James said he would use the deposit to pay for those days. Monday came and only call I get was from risk department telling me to return car now or I was gonna get a 4 year felony I told them I called talk to 800 number he interrupted me and got very loud . Told him I had loss in family and I only owed for Saturday and Sunday . He said no u owe for Thursday and Friday as well. That being said that means James never did what he said he was gonna do and pay Thursday Friday Saturday with deposit . Instead since I reported him to corporate. He sabotaged and retaliated against me and said to risk department it’s been over 4 days which was not . I was shown no empathy from anyone but instead kept telling insulting me and telling me I need to return car by 9pm or I’m done . I had anxiety depression was crying over this whole issue then some suppose John guy calls my phone he’s supposed (conversions team) in the citation not one time even me breaking down did he show empathy but said return car by 9:30 pm take picture send to him. I was waiting on a ride to follow me so I could get home. They had no empathy again . I dropped the car off at branch took photo called John told him I have no one her I gotta walk . He goes darn and hangs up . Still have not heard anything back from tickets I put in. At very least I should be fully refunded my money for the whole ordeal I went through along with employees be fire for very very poor business and empathy toward a customer who rent car for 30+ days from them . Also have all my bank statements so he can lie to whoever but my bank statement don’t lie . And was told calls are all recorded . Thx ( still waiting hear back since Monday now almost Thursday and this is big issue to me but seem enterprise does not care at all 😞😞😞 .. it’s Monday may 19th the Kim lady below who said contact her and she would help resolve the issue Well, she did not help resolve the issue. No one has contacted me about this horrible issue that I went through. Has tried to compensate me or refund me because of this issue that I went through with the manager, James and the Garden City Place Sergio also at the Garden City enterprise was very rude unprofessional., These guys do nothing to help you out With the situation, I’ve contacted the 800 number 5 six times I put in three tickets and talk to three different supervisors And still, nothing has happened. Nobody has given an email or a phone call to resolve my issue Rented a car for 38 days from them the next thing I know They had their risk department calling me telling me I’m gonna report the car stolen if you don’t get it back to me I know where to go from here. I guess I’ll get a hold of Fox 2 news All I want is my refund And I can go about my day The way I was treated the way everything was hand That’s the least I could get back from them I have all of my logs all of my Receipts Everything that I have paid And they treat me nothing like a piece of trash And they still have James and Sergio working at the Garden City office Nothing ever happened I feel hurt. How can you run a businesses And treat Customer like that who rented a car for 38 days from you they made me return the car A picture like I’m some criminal They treating me nothing but like trash and still have not resolved my issue

I unfortunately ran into some issues arriving on time, and was a a hour 20 late for my reservation time. Being how things are so busy for them, the lady I was speaking to definitely had to go out of her way to see if there was anything available. She sure did! I am so pleased with my experience and her willingness to go above and beyond to accommodate me. I drove away satisfied in a rental vehicle, and my experience since has been perfect! Thank you enterprise garden city!
