Today has been a day and it’s only 1235pm!! This location is so up and down. One experience is decent, the next two will be horrible, then you might a unicorn of an experience that’s good(at best) not great. Customer service on the phone was on point, however on site needs a revamp. I was told to call at 10:30 to confirm my 11 am pick up. I called and was on hold until 11 before I decided to call back again (I’m at my pick up point at this point). Called and started another hold process, 15 minutes into the hold I decided to call from my second phone and select a different option. Another 30 minute hold on phone number 1, 15 minutes on phone 2. Decided to catch an uber(In which I had to listen to the driver vent about baby momma drama to someone on the phone which you’re not even supposed to be on a call while w/a rider in the car) whilst the odor of chips w/a splash of booty made itself at home in my nostrils!! Still on hold with Enterprise walking in the door while being greeted by someone dealing with a customer (wrapping up) and another lady walks in to assist me after she fumbled around and eventually found her way to the counter to address me. By then the other person still hadn’t thought to address the call I was holding on nor did the fumbling lady. They each had opportunity to check the line. Instead the guy takes another call in which there lack of urgency seemed to cost them a city contract (That’s a big deal) and starts going back and forth with his coworker on the phone, then gets off the the phone venting to my agent seeming to place blame on the person from the city that WAS there for pick up, I’m guessing they left, I wonder why!! At this point I finally hang up the phone after 44 minutes of hold on that call total almost an hour and 15 minutes hold time collectively. I told the agent that assisted me about my hold experience and she didn’t seem to care, energy seemed to be that of someone thinking “Cool story bro” in their head with no form of an apology or etc like someone in customer service would do just to put a band aid on it. Needless to say her overall demeanor was cool and she wrapped me up but the whole other side of customer service was a 1. Her overall demeanor warrants a 3.5. Collectively the whole experience was a 2 at best. Oh and telling someone to clock in from their break early because YOU dropped the ball is absolutely crazy work!!

There aren’t many places in Riverdale that I’ve received great service at but the associates at this enterprise location never miss.I’ve rented from them about 3 times, and have more rentals booked throughout the year at this location.I went in on a weekend to pick up a rental during spring break week. They were getting a lot of back lash from customers because there were no cars, or because someone didn’t have what they needed to rent, but they all did a really good job balancing it.Even though there were difficult customers, Ingrid and the manager did such a good job to try and offer alternative solutions. They have a really good staff at this location.Keep up the good work guys 💖

All of the staff members were friendly & professional. Everyone from the reservation confirmation callers, to the pickup (and drop off) drivers, to the counter representatives, was courteous & attentive. I hate that I didn't catch all the names, but the Asst. Mgr. Aleem took care of my return. Overall, excellent service from this location.

Reservation was made for a midsized SUV a week in advance. Usually, the airport is my preferred location but due to unforeseen circumstances, this one was used. Upon arrival, the parking lot was pretty much empty. There were about 10-15 customers just sitting around waiting for vehicles. The location closes at 6 but we didn't get a vehicle until almost 7pm for a 4pm pickup time smh. The 3 stars are only because the person that helped us was nice and we got a free upgrade due to them not having our requested vehicle size.

I needed a rental because of an accident, my vehicle was total loss. My insurance company handled the car rental, and when they asked what rental company I wanted a car from I told them Enterprise..I enjoyed the customer service, the vehicle was really nice. It is the same model and make of my previous vehicle, but a newer year. From beginning to end the experience was awesome. Enterprise is my go to rental car company!
