Seth went above and beyond when the location with my reservation had no cars available. He quickly found me a vehicle and took care of me. Although the vehicle I did not like, I came the next day and Bill made sure I was comfortable with the exchange with new vehicle and I loved it.Seth, along with Bill, ensured I had everything I needed and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Great customer service from a genuinely caring team. Highly recommend!

The same day I’m supposed to get this car I get a phone call a half hour before the time I’m supposed to pick up the car that there are no cars available. What kind of business tactic is that? I’m very frustrated at this place and will never do business ever again. I told the lady how I felt and she just had nothing to say. Speechless because she knows I’m right and I have every right to be upset how they handled this. Do your job better and have cars available especially reserving this a month before!!

During a snow storm , I call the office at 9am Saturday (when they open); to ensure they keep my rental as it will take me some time to arrive, ( no answer). They finally answer at 11 am - to tell me “ it may be a problem obtaining the specific car “ ( since it’s after the rental time (even though they did not pick up the phone when I was attempting to call). Arrive to the location - no greeting or acknowledgment. Another renter arrives to return a car after me ( and they help him first ), prior to even asking me what I need assistance with. Guess what guys - luckily they did because he just so happened to be retuning the car we reserved to rent at 9:30 am, it was 11::45 am at this point. * Emphasis on happened to be -the man mentioned he was only exchanging it for something smaller; thus if this didn’t occur- no car for us .They did not do a full walk through and note any issues “ we have all issues documented “. We took our own video of course.They did not check mileage or gas in front of us to confirm.They did not even open the vehicle door and smell the stench of smoke ; so we had to go back inside to get this handled. * see the p.s. as to why walking back inside the building was an issue.Also important to note, they have changed rental policies depending on the size of vehicle you want - and it is NOT listed ANYWHERE. Forgot to mention - this was booked via Expedia paid in full .P.S. The parking lot was an ice skating rink with bare minimum salt - . Shout out to the girl who attempted to get rid of the smoke smell and also considering salt would be helpful and putting it out for me when you brought back the vehicle from being cleaned.. She gets a 5 Star; everyone else 1- 0 .

Shortly after picking up the vehicle, I noticed a small chip in the window caused by a rock. I immediately informed the staff, and was relieved to hear that I wouldn’t be held responsible for any damages, as they assured me it would be “fine” and that I should not worry about it.However, as the weather changed, I noticed that the small crack had expanded. When I reached out to the location, the manager changed her tune and insisted that I would now have to go through my insurance to get it fixed. This was in stark contrast to what I was told initially, leaving me feeling frustrated and misled.The lack of communication and trust in this situation is unacceptable. I tried to give them a heads-up to prevent further issues, but it feels like my concerns were completely brushed aside. Based on this experience, I will not be using Enterprise again and would caution others to think twice before renting from this location.Overall, a disappointing experience with a lack of accountability and poor customer service.

When getting the car they didn't explain "optional" coverage and was charged $500 despite it being covered by my auto insurance. Didn't have to get it but wasn't explained I just signed a paper and suddenly they took $500 for something that was absolutely unnecessary. Rip off.
