★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Would give 0 stars if possible. Reserved an SUV for an out of state trip. Show up to be told the reservation I made can’t be honored cause they don’t have anymore SUVs. What the hell is the point of reserving stuff? They offer me a medium sized car which isn’t sufficient for my trip. Then offer me a crossover which is roughly $25 more a day then I had planned for, which is even more inconvenient. I tell the guy it’s customary for Enterprise to give free upgrades when they can’t honor the reservation. He stand-offishly declines and says “if you aren’t satisfied I don’t want to do business with you”. I say “well no I’ll take the cross-over but next time I might shop elsewhere”. And he says “well if that’s how you feel I’m not renting you a car” and proceeds to ask the next customer how he can help them… I asked for the manager, he said he IS the manager. Very very stand-off attitude, not even remotely trying to help me out. All because I was displeased with their inability to honor my reservation. I’ve rented cars with this company over 30 times, I will NEVER use them again. Unbelievable

But when I went to get another rental, I found out the previous file was still open — just so someone could speak to me directly and confirm whether I gave them a 5/5 on the customer service survey. This is happening at multiple Enterprise locations because the location I was at today said I'd be getting the same call when this rental is returned.I had said yes because the experience was fine, but keeping the file open just to secure a good rating feels a bit manipulative.Good rental overall, but that move made me question their priorities.

I found out the vehicle that I was told would be available WAS NOT available at all, never do they carry PREMIUM LUXURY VEHICLES is what was said to me when 3 weeks ago I was assured of a particular vehicle. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I was having issues with the dealership to where I dropped a car off back to enterprise and made a new reservation for pick up another car for the same day due to dealership issues . I felt bad but they didnt complain one bit ! I will definitely be back !!
