He was rude and unprofessional. He did not and refused to give me a vehicle walk around. He referred to me as his "dog" and literally Tossed the keys to me and ignored all responses after. I suppose the service is a hit or miss. Considering the worst service came from the assistant manager, don't keep your hopes up.

I arrived at the location at 1:00 PM to retrieve my rental car and was told that the rental car I reserved had an oil leak. I was very understanding and asked, what would be done to accommodate me. I was told there was a possible 2:30 return that I might be able to get into. I explained to both of the receptionist that I needed to be somewhere but I would come back. I came back at 2:30 and nothing had been prepared for me to get into. I was then told I could be put into a bigger vehicle but it required a credit card, although my original reservation did not require a credit card. I asked both of the gentleman to continue to call around. I was told that they would call me. I never received a call so I called them around 4:00. I was told that they still didn’t find anything, around 4:45 I called customer and was told to visit the office and see what was available. I did so and at this time I was told that maybe the alpine location may have vehicle available. I went to the Alpine location and no one was able to help me. I contact customer service once again and my reservation was then moved 1 hour away to the Madison airport location. I drove the hour to get the rental car and was met with another “No, a credit card is needed”. I explained to the the situation and I wasn’t given any help. I contacted customer service again and I was told that there was nothing that they could do. I have a 10.5 hour drive and it has now been haulted due to Enterprise. We have been renting for years and this has been the most frustrating experience we’ve ever encountered.

There are 6 people inside now with every car is dirty. She is washing and delivering them one at a time sort of. Saw her bring a clean car up front but didn't give it to anyone. Then she went behind the counter and checked us all in. Then another car to the back to clean. I accepted a dirty car to get out faster and help her out. If she doesn't quit I'd be surprised. You have my #.
