I want to take a moment to give credit where due! Mikel at this location was a hero for our family trip - but more importantly did what others weren't willing to do. Provided ACTUAL customer service, AND went above and beyond.Apparently - reservations mean very little to Enterprise on the corporate level. After getting passed around to multiple locations with inventory - only to be told later they couldn't get the needed vehicle the "customer service" side of enterprise had nothing but excuses and arguments. The regional manager was to call me within 2 hours; and a week later still never has! But they passed the buck to the next location - where came in Mikel. Reservations had overbooked his location too; he called me at 8:30 am to let me know they were overbooked and didn't have a suitable vehicle to give me, then listen to my frustrations of this terrible process and told me he would work hard to help me figure something out. I had low expectations and started my hunt to 5 other rental places - this now the morning of our planned departure with NO VEHICLE. I was in a battle of frustration now at AVIS who also said they had vehicles available and took a reservation that also could not be filled at location when my phone rang. It was Mikel - he had a suitable vehicle for us and made a point to call me and held it until I could make the hour run to his side of town.I was greeted with a smile, handled with respect and service combined with an explanation/reasoning of the experience of run around that HE put an end to. Not the reservation team that screwed it all up, NOT the regional manager who NEVER even called... but the Branch Manager of location #3 who got passed a disgruntled customer (ME) that had until gotten ZERO service from Enterprise until Mikel stepped up to the plate.Thank you Mikel - and your team at Johns Creek for making it happen and taking the time to care about your customers! We had a great time after days of frustration with everyone else in the business! My family appreciates your continued efforts!

My car was rear ended, towed to the shop and Enterprise came to pick me up. The office was very busy on Monday morning (8 customers in front of me and 2 more walked in) and I was in a rush to pick up my daughter. I was about to get an Uber but the guys were so quick, efficient and polite. I was in awe at how quickly they went through the line, answered phone calls, hustled throughout the office and parking lots and still had time to be polite and field the customers questions. They got all of us, in the lobby, into rental cars within 30 minutes. The car was clean and in great condition. Had it for a couple weeks without any issues. Like I said, “AWESOME!”

From the start, there was a noticeable lack of urgency and accountability when addressing even basic customer concerns. He made it feel like customers were more of an inconvenience than a priority.Mikel came across as dismissive, unhelpful, and uninterested in resolving issues. Instead of taking ownership, he offered vague excuses and showed very little understanding of what good customer service actually looks like. I expected better from someone in a management role. He did not demonstrate the skills or temperament necessary to lead a customer-facing operation. In fact, his attitude and behavior reflected a serious need for further training in both communication and customer care. He was visibly shacking by the end of our conversation due to his nerves.Enterprise is typically known for their service, but this location fell far below expectations. If this experience is representative of how the branch is run, I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

At 10 minutes before picking up my car the branch manager called and said the car wasn’t available. But worse they didn’t offer any solutions to help. Further I called customers service 5 times! And not one time were they helpful. They sent me to two locations claiming the car was there when it wasn’t. They claimed that someone would call me back and they never did. Just terrible awful customer service of which the likes I have never seen before.
