The young lady at the front desk checked me in very quickly and had me on my way. The staff was always available to answer any questions I had. The return process after hours was smooth. They called me the next day as a courtesy to let me know everything went well with the vehicle and they were processing my security deposit back to me. I will definitely be a return renter at this location.

No effort was made on the store's end to even attempt to call another location to find a vehicle when I questioned why my reservation wouldn't be honored, instead the employee became defensive and argumentative toward me. I was quickly told none of the other two stores that partner with this location had vehicles available either, and the employee acted as if there was absolutely no way on this planet Earth she could call a Enterprise outside of their bubble to try and locate a vehicle for me to pick up. I listed off several other locations I am aware of, but I was basically told because I didn't arrive soon enough, that my reserved car was given to someone else and nothing can be done to remedy the situation. This is the second time I've had issues with a pick up from this location while making a reservation almost a month in advance.The entire exchange at this store was completely disrespectful and I will be making an effort to never reserve again at this location, the Stone Mountain location, or the location on East Ponce. The complete lack of care and service by your employees is obviously the reason for the recent terrible reviews. I imagine if the same manager is responsible for all three stores I was told they "partner with" in the "area", I'd have the exact same troubles at them.I sat in their parking lot and called the Chamblee Enterprise location. Raven answered my call, modified my reservation promptly, and I had a completely different experience while picking up the CORRECT vehicle from their Chamblee location. She even offered to contact the area manager over this North Druid Hills area location and have the correct vehicle transferred to the location for me to pick up (yet I was told none of their other nearby locations had available vehicles???)

What does reservation mean? 2 stars because we've rented from here successfully before and we didn't ding them the first 2 times, but 3, 4 times dude? Something is clearly wrong.

They don't deal with cash or any other methods of payment, so they should ensure their equipment works properly instead of telling customers to come back and pay later. Alternatively, they should take payments over the phone.
