The second car was also filthy and although it ran ok in the highway, many of the components , like Apple car play and the buttons in the steering wheel did not work. The girl at the counter was bitchy and rude. There is a guy who works there that is very professional and sweet. Unfortunately, he was not in at the time off this particular rental. I have had good experiences with Enterprise in the past.UPDATE!!!!Enterprise did reach out to me and offer an apology, which was nice. HOWEVER, they followed that up with keeping my $374 deposit that has been pending for 2 weeks now. I have called and called and called. No one knows what to do or how to fix it, they just tell me they are writing a ticket to get it looked into, and nothing happens, no one responds,4Do you think at this point I would RISK renting from Enterprise again???? Are you going to pay the late fees on my storage rent or my credit card? No, of course not. But I have to sit her and wait until you decide to release it or wait 30 days so my bank can override it and get me my money. How do you continue to do business like this? Never Again! This is costing me money and damaging my credit.

Everything was fine until I gave them back the rental car a couple weeks later since my car was fixed. It all started when I realized that night that I forgot my EZpass transponder on the windshield of the rental car. I thought I read somewhere that they thoroughly clean the cars and inspect them before they go out to a new customer... if that was true then they would has cleaned the windshield and noticed my personal EZpass transponder was attached. Anyways I contacted this enterprise location multiple times for 2 months and they kept telling me the car that I originally had was rented out to other customers and would look at it when it was returned. It's been over 4 months and I have not heard any word from their staff if it was ever found. Also, I was told to call at least once a week to make sure the car would come back and they would've inspected it. Although what happened after a few weeks of calling in to check on my issue a staff member picked up the phone and I could hear him rudely sigh and say "oh my god" because he remembered me and my issue. Overall, I am not pleased with the experience and the Google reviews are ok but I should have looked at the Yelp reviews to see that this place has a below average positive customer reviews. Finally, I have contacted both this enterprise rental location and the online customer service and nothing has been resolved. All I want now is a refund for my transponder since I need to order one from EZpass.
