With all of the technology available to maintain inventory for businesses. How could this even happen? I will miss tons of events I prepaid for and lose money. Who will reimburse me? This is disgusting and inhumane. Most important events are once in a lifetime that customers plan for.Add to this, they told me go to another location to pick up a vehicle.....i went there and still, no vehicle. I was told that a manager would be calling me.....to this moment, over 12 hours later, I have not gotten one phone call from a manager. I even called to ask when I would here something and no one could give me any sort of answer. They have no streamlined protocols in place to even solve this type of problem they create. Basically this company over books their vehicles anticipating cancelations. I'm guessing this helps them avoid any loss for the day. The problem will always arise when no one cancels. I have looked at other reviews on here and I am not the only one this has happened to and while sitting in the lobby waiting heard the employee talk to another customer who was experiencing the same exact situation. I will suggest if you have once in a life time events that you're planning to attend such as a funeral, wedding, birth of a new baby that you avoid this company completely. The chances are if you are booking a rental car you most likely have something important to do.......DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS AN OPEN ENDED RESERVATION. I will never rent here again or trust this company with my business. I suggest you don't either. They will just simply say, "this happens sometimes." I gave her and i reached to the pickup location after 20 minutes of these whole conversation. Guess what !? Ohh i was planning just to call you. We sold out 🫢😅 guys guys i don't know what was the reasone i read the same rev8ew before i go there and that happened to me . Any ways you just earned another's bad name for your business reputation.
