From start to finish your staff/management lead by (David) has been the utmost personable while maintaining the eliteness of professionalism. I want to make sure my message gets to the right people within Enterprise Rent a Car to make sure David and his team get the proper recognition and commendations that are truly deserved. I understand David may think, he’s “just doing his job”, but I want to ensure David what seems like everyday work for him makes a long and impressionable mark in people’s lives. I reserved a full size sedan on the app. They attempted to put me in a compact vehicle. The small SUV they also offered was as small as the compact. I raised questions regarding the validity of a $300 deposit, since I’ve rented weekly since the end of January and never had a deposit. Manager and salesmen were rude, and cancelled my reservation. Not the service I would expect.

Even during an influx of individuals from the DFW Airport due to storms, the gentlemen at Enterprise were able to help me with kindness and expert care. My insurance provider had not properly set up a contract, but David and his team quickly worked with me & my insurance to get my paperwork processed, and keys on my hand. The quality of customer service from Cole was superb, as was the condition of my SUV rental. On my return, they were quick to get the car checked in and even helped shuttle me to the body shop where my personal vehicle was ready. Their professionalism was top-notch and made the entire rental process a breeze. This is the 2nd time I've used this location in 2 months and it has been excellent each time.

My experience at this location was terrible. From the moment my daughter and I walked in, we were greeted unfriendly. We had a reservation for a pickup at another location, but State Fair hadn't updated it in their system. While they were trying to look up our information, a bald white man began asking questions about our car that were completely unrelated to our reservation. He mentioned that Enterprise is connected to the collision repair shop where our car is being taken.He also stated that people usually get rentals from the collision shop and urged me to contact them once the car was picked up. Everything he said felt like nonsense! Additionally, he claimed they didn’t have any compact SUVs available for rent. The staff all appeared to be uninterested in helping as if they didn’t want to do their jobs at all !
