★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The whole process was stressful and disorganized from beginning to end! I arrived at the body shop at 8:30 which is 5 minutes from Enterprise. The body shop called Enterprise to let them know they had 2 customers waiting to be picked up. We waited for 40 minutes for someone to arrive and that was after the body shop put in a second call letting them know we were still waiting. A minivan eventually arrived and me and another customer got in the back. We were not greeted. The car smelled of fast food and the driver drove away without closing the door on the side I was sitting on. He never apologized or anything. He did not speak to us period. He was driving extremely fast and turning corners very quick that I was actually holding onto the side door. I did not feel safe at all. When we arrived at Enterprise we both waited. There were several customers ahead of us. I provided the necessary information and then was told it would be a few minutes while they cleaned the vehicle. I did not receive the vehicle until 10:30. This is crazy! Between the time I waited for them to pick me up from the body shop and the time I waited for the vehicle to be ready, was 2 hours! Nobody has that kind of time on a Monday morning. I had a reservation and they knew what time to expect me. I was very disappointed and was not anticipating this to be a 2 hour process.

However, this location is horrible. “BLAKE” the manager has the worst customer service. He's rude, mean to customers, and seems to hate his job. I reserved online only to get there to see no employees only customers waiting. One customer told me the manager left to drop someone off at home okay fine, so I waited for him to return, he did but walked in seeming irritated. He said to me the car you reserved I no longer have, I have an SUV but you gone to pay $20 a day more which I then said I shouldn't have to due to your mistakes. He was going back and forth with me until I eventually gave in and said fine I'll pay the extra money as I needed the rental and didn't have time to go anywhere else. 30 minutes later he came back and said I don't have a car for you only one I have has a flat tire. I said okay I have to call an Uber to pick me up he said okay then 2 minutes later he said I had to leave because he had to lock up the store to go to Firestone. So I'm stuck standing in front of the place alone waiting for my Uber. What a horrible person and not a good look for the company. I will be contacting Corporate. PLEASE DO NOT rent from this location!!!
