I love love love enterprise!!! The people are always so nice and helpful when I call and they have the best prices. We recently went on vacation for my birthday to Tennessee and I had reserved a full sized car but they didn’t have anything so I was upgraded to a jeep gladiator for the same price and fell in love with it. Now I wanna buy one.

I made a reservation over 10 days ago with the Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Plymouth, Indiana for a premium SUV that seats 8 passengers. This was not a last minute request. I made sure to book in advance for a family trip to Florida. The confirmation clearly stated that the vehicle would be guaranteed and ready for pickup at noon on Saturday. I even reiterated multiple times that it had to be a large SUV and was told this would not be an issue.To avoid any last-minute issues, I called the branch the day before to confirm everything, only to be told they would not have the premium SUV and that there was nothing they could do. Instead of taking any responsibility, I was told to call other Enterprise branches myself to try to find a vehicle. That’s unacceptable.I then contacted Enterprise customer support. They said they would escalate the issue to a regional manager and that I would receive a call back. I left all my contact information but never got a call back. I called again later in the afternoon and they said they would re-submit the request. Still nothing.After work I visited the Plymouth branch directly. The manager, Chase, confirmed that no premium SUV was available and again suggested I start calling other locations myself. He even offered me two smaller cars as a “solution,” which is completely impractical for my trip and not what I reserved.I called customer support again, explained everything again, and they said the same thing: we’ll escalate it. This was now the third time. Still no call back, no real solution, and no vehicle.Here I am, Saturday went for pickup, and they still don’t have my SUV. All I get from Enterprise is “we’re escalating it.”As a National Executive Elite member who rents frequently for work, I find this experience absolutely unacceptable. There was zero accountability, zero follow-through, and zero consideration for the fact that I had travel plans depending on this reservation being fulfilled.Enterprise failed to do even the minimum: honor a reservation made well in advance, and then wasted my time with promises to escalate the issue and call back, which never happened. Instead of stepping up to help, they pushed the burden onto me, the customer, to solve their inventory issue.This experience ruined our travel plans and caused unnecessary stress and frustration. It’s hard to believe a company this large operates with such poor internal communication and customer care.I will seriously reconsider using Enterprise for future rentals. If you value your time and your plans, you may want to think twice.I also recommend visiting their Facebook page or just doing a general online search. It seems they have a growing reputation for not fulfilling confirmed reservations, and sadly my experience fits right in.

Chris, Utshargo and James provide amazing customer service at this location. I won't be going back to Dollar rent a car anytime soon because of these three Enterprise employees. 5Stars!

1 star because the vehicle was nice. I would like to give negative 3 stars for the performance of the office personnel. They were snarky and rude to more than one customer in the presence of many customers. We have rented many times from enterprise but this latest crew of workers has put an end to our future rentals with enterprise! Do better enterprise!

I had a rental car from Enterprise in Niles, Michigan, everyone at the office was very helpful, friendly and professional, James picked me up at the Ford dealer and walked me through the whole rental process quickly, and helped me with insurance to protect my family, the car was clean and ready to go, i would refer everyone that has any car rental needs to go to Enterprise, they will help you
