We wanted this specific vehicle because of back issues and the drive would be long. We recieved a voicemail shortly before we were to pick our vehicle on the day we were leaving. We were busy finishing packin and didn't get VM. Once we got to enterprise we were notified they didn't have any SUV's available but we could pick from 3 different cars. We didn't want a car because they sit too low and kill my back. We were stuck and had to take a car. Needless to say my back paid the price, the drive both ways was painful. I have rented through enterprise many times through our company and this is not the first time the requested vehicle was not availalbe. Never again. I definalely would not recommend enterprise rental. Won't be using again and will choose the alternate rental company our company lets us use.
