In addition to the smell, I noticed burn holes in the driver’s seat, visible scratches on the exterior, scraped rims, and a dirty passenger seat with brown stains. There was also a tear in the carpet behind the driver’s seat. Finally, the windshield washer fluid warning light was on, indicating that the vehicle had not been thoroughly serviced or inspected before being issued.Additionally, I was charged an additional $2.43 per day as a copay because the car I rented cost $32.43 per day, exceeding the $30.00 daily allowance I was allotted. While I understand the necessity of this charge, the vehicle provided was the only option available, leaving me with little choice but to accept it. Given how busy I was at the time, I could not return the vehicle to address the issue. While I accept responsibility for the additional charge, I believe the poor condition of the car warranted a discount or alternative accommodation. As filthy as the car was, offering some compensation or adjustment to the rate would have been a reasonable gesture of goodwill.I hope this feedback helps the company maintain its commitment to exceptional service.Part 2: I recently returned my car to the body shop due to incomplete or unsatisfactory repairs. As a courtesy, the shop arranged a rental car through Enterprise on my behalf, a choice that was unbeknownst to me. Upon arriving, I was informed that my ride was ready, but the experience quickly turned unpleasant.One staff member yelled inappropriate comments out of the vehicle she was driving, yelling like a grown man, stating they “don’t give rides in dirty cars, you have to ride with her.” while another staff member, who provided the ride, echoed similar remarks. This interaction felt unprofessional and seemed to reference my previous feedback about receiving a rental car in poor condition.As a customer, I expect professionalism and respect, especially in situations where I have no control over the rental arrangements. This experience was disappointing and added unnecessary frustration to an already challenging process.Despite the two individuals making unprofessional remarks didn't detract from the experience. It turned out to be better than previously. The individuals who process the rental car agreement were courteous and professional.I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff member who facilitated the rental process.Thank you for taking the time to review my feedback.
Dec 18, 2024 · Lorraine XRude service from the manger. She Liberty told me that my car insurance GEICO was lying to me when I was told I can go to any enterprise as I’m reserve to pick up my vehicle! I did not like her tone. I did not like her smart remark. No, you’re not moving me forward. You’re actually pushing me back after I had such a long day and if you’re so sorry then maybe you need to go check your attitude. You’re supposed to put your customers first not call them liars. That’s the first thing she said to my face when I told her why I needed service. And also, the guy never saved my reservation when I call prior to coming up to the location to receive my car for pick up after I was told my car is available for pick up. He goes to say well we were expecting you at 3 o’clock. Well guess what they gave away my car right in front of my face to someone else. Good luck, to you.
