When we got there to pick it up we were told they didn’t have any standard SUVs and tried to give me a smaller car. When we told them that wouldn’t work, They said we could call around Albany, Salem, and Eugene to see if they had any that we could swap out with. We called Albany and they didn’t have any either. We ended up cancelling our reservation and had to find other arrangements that put us behind on our plans for the day. We didn’t even get a phone call before our reservation time to see if a smaller car would be ok. If we had advance notice that there wouldn’t be one available we could’ve figured something else out before hand. Do NOT recommend.

This location needs to get it's act together.First, I had a 9am pick up time and ended up waiting an hour for a car to be ready. There were cars in the lot when I got there and when they told me it was going to be 20 minutes, I didn't pressure them an walked over to go through Michael's for a bit and when I came back 20 minutes later all the cars were gone. But they explained that a couple of people had called out and there was a bit of a scramble that morning, so okay. That wasn't nearly enough to write a bad review.Second, I requested an economy car and they tried to put me in a Durango as a "free upgrade". I wasn't trying to spend that kind of money on gas and they got me in an Escape after I resisted but I had to really push back and this was 40 minutes into my wait. Not great, but not enough to write a review about.Third, there a COCKROACH in the car the ran over the dashboard at me while I was on the highway. Very gross. But maybe not their fault, it probably hid while they were cleaning, so again, not enough to write a review about.Fourth, an hour before the drop off time the next day, they called me to check if I was planning to drop it off on time. I've rented cars tons of times for work, and I have actually never been called ahead to check if I was planning to drop off on time. I felt a little insulted that they couldn't get me a car on time but they were worried that I'd be late dropping it off. Whatever, but fine. Not review worthy.I dropped it off at 3:55 on the 15th, 5 minutes early with a full tank of gas. They check it out and ask if everything was good with the rental. I was annoyed so I mentioned the long wait to pick up and, to their credit, they offered to maybe discount the rental which I refused. I wasn't trying to get something, I just wanted to let them know they needed to get it together. Keep in mind that this means I talked to them face to face at drop off and didn't just drop the key in the return box.The final straw was them calling me on the 22nd to ask when I was planning to drop off the rental car. That I had dropped of 6 days before. Excuse, what?? What kind of circus are they running where they didn't know who had their car? And its been 6 days with no call when they thought I just still had their car? How??All together that's just too much and I really must warn anyone looking to rent a car in Corvallis away from using this location to do it. I bear the guys there no ill-will since they were all very nice, its just clear that they have no organization whatsoever there and your experience will suffer for it.EDIT: They called me the again the next day (same day as I wrote this review) still looking for the car. Absolutely insane.

I've always tried to rent with them whenever I can. They offer round trip pick up & delivery service! They are also part of the Costco travel network which is convenient & cost effective. 5 STAR SERVICE.

How is it an upgrade if it is not the car I requested. I was told I could return later to exchange the car for another as if I have all the time in the world. I felt like the clerk who assisted me was rushing me at the pickup
