They're thorough, well mannered, and very helpful. The proces aren't bad either. I havent rented from them in over a decade and I have to admit I'm very happy with how they've improved in all aspects. From the beginning to then end everything was handled professionally and respectfully. I am very happy with how my rental experience went with them.

Apr 09, 2025 · Caroline SchneiderDO NOT RENT HERE! If you must DO NOT USE YOUR DEBIT CARD! Its easier to make a dispute with a credit card company. They practically stole my money out of my account about a week after returning the car with NO DAMAGE. They took over $300 from my account Including the $100 deposit. I was not the one who paid for the rental, the at fault insurance did. An employee named Ian on feb. 5th who said they charged me for insurance on the car but they said if I provided proof of insurance (decleration page) I would be reimbursed. I sent the proof to that employee, who never got back to me. I called a few days later and they told me he was out of the office, I'd have to wait. A few days after that they told me he hasn't been around and I had to speak to another employee named Sam on feb. 13th. I sent her the proof. She told me it will take some time to resolve. I kept calling and was told it would take some time. Finally on Mar. 5th I called again and an employee told me there was nothing they can do for me. I then called customer service who then had the regional office call me. An employee from the regional office named Bryce told me email him the same proof, that I sent two employees already, the issue would be resolved. I sent it the same day. After waiting some time and receiving no update I called again on the 21st of march. I was told I would be contacted on the 24th, after the weekend, but I never heard from them again. I waited patiently thinking a check would come in the mail or something. Months later I finally called back to customer service and im still getting the run around. Now they can't find my rental agreement. They transferred me to another department that did not answer. Im down over 300 dollars almost 6 months later still trying to get my money back. DO NOT RENT HERE unless you wish to go threw something similar. I'll delete this review when they actually keep their word and give me the $318.75 back that they said they would several times. As for now, its time I start filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau state attorney and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) as well as leaving online reviews detailing ny experience and contacting a consumer protection lawer. This has been a headache.
Jun 06, 2025 · Roc 508It was a good experience..employees picked me up from the body shop and brought me to the branch to process the rental.Everyone I dealt with was cool, and they got me in a truck I liked on the lot. It ran and drove well, no issue.I've gotta ding em on the fact the truck stank like cigs and had the tire psi dash warning on. Otherwise seamless rental.
Jun 09, 2024 · Justin DiTucciI would highly recommend you renting a car from here… they are all so nice and accommodating in the office… I had a problem with my first rental car ( the battery went dead) I called them and they came down right away to try to fix it and they couldn’t so they brought me right to the office and got me into another rental … After I was done renting from them they brought me to the garage where my car was getting fixed at. I said I needed a ride there and they said they could bring me with no problem… so if anyone needs to rent a car I would highly recommend this place. I will be going back in the future if ever I need to rent a car again.
