I used the one at princess anne and the staff was very kind and helpful. I dropped it off at Main Street in Suffolk and the gentlemen gave me a call the next morning and refunded my deposit quickly. Thank you for being great during a traumatic time.

Offered me a mini van …. No thanks. Offered me a SUV that had to come from another location …. Held me up an hour to wait and it was very small, nowhere near what I requested. I refused it and cancelled my reservation. Never really cared if I was happy or annoyed that my trip out of state was now delayed 2 hours. Something was not quite right. Later found out they had no key to the rental which is why they couldn’t give me one I ordered??? I subsequently went to another location (Gen. Booth) where both associates were so HELPFUL. Tyler and associate # 2 actually found me another location (laskin rd) with an SUV where I quickly went to retrieve! After three hours of running to 3 different enterprise locations, I finally got on the road to PA at 1:00. I was offered a discount on the huge premium SUV I ended up renting (it was all they had on premises) at the price of a standard SUV. Whoopee. Not satisfied completely. Currently, my husband and I are in bumper to bumper traffic in DC simply bc we couldn’t get ahead of this nightmare at 9:30am as planned this morning. Very disappointed in Enterprise but grateful for the two young men at the General Booth Blvd. Location!
Jul 02, 2025 · Cindy MillerDespite what they say- Enterprise does not pick you up. I made a reservation for a car while my car was being repaired after an accident. They told me they couldn't come get me at the repair shop. Even the repair shop was somewhat shocked... I had to ride my bike home from the shop and then I had a friend drive me to pick up my car. Since their soonest appointment was noon. But he said come at 12:30pm so he could "make sure my car was ready"... but the appointment was for 12:00pm... When I got there the customer sales rep told me they didn't have a car for me. But acted almost like it was my problem to solve. He seemed more inconvenienced by the whole thing than I was. I listened to him call about 5 other stores. Starting each conversation with "Yo Yo Yoooo!". He didn't say much to me. Just paced around the office kicking golf balls while making calls. I offered to just take any car they had. His response was "gotcha". After a bit he walks over and says in a serious tone "Ok Imma need you to pull out your phone... put this address in your phone... go there and they'll have a car for you. His name is Kyle." Like it was a secret club or something. He seemed pretty annoyed that he had to make a couple calls to find me a car... at the rental car place... where he works as a rental car sales person... I dunno man. I wish they'd turn this place back into a 7-11... Spoiler- the other shop gave me a small sedan (I'm supposed to get an SUV) that smelled like a dive bar in the 80's prior to indoor smoking laws. It also has a bubble the size of a golfball in the tire. Rendering it undrivable. This bubble went un-noticed during their sales rep's "inspection". I left the car windows open all afternoon to try to get the stank out. I never drove it again. I rolled up the windows in the evening and noticed the bubble. It was after business hours and all I could get on the phone was their road side assistance. Their options were to pay $50 for a repair fee. Or have them tow it to the airport where I could "possibly" get a replacement. The roadside assistance couldn't guarantee the airport had a car for me either. Since- apparently rental cars are hard to come by at rental car locations... hahaha anyway. I didn't choose either option since all this is under my insurance. So now I get to make phone calls first thing in the morning and figure out how to get rid of this beater they gave me. Possibly need to inconvenience a friend and/ or miss out on work and rescheduling life. Huge inconvenience all around. 10/10 would not recommend this location or really any of them. Just avoid Enterprise.

I called again, two more times on the way to confirm that I was indeed still coming, along with my ETA. They said it wouldn’t be an issue. I spent $20 on an Uber coming from another Enterprise location that ran out of rentals for the day. I arrived right at 6pm on the dot, only for all the lights to be off & the doors locked. I completely understand that I was cutting it close to closing, but don’t agree to still service or help someone if you don’t actually intend to. I wouldn’t have bothered making the trip over or spending the money to. An employee from another location arrived moments after I did, to pick up a key and after explaining my situation, he then proceeded to just shrug his shoulders saying “dang, that sucks.”
