On a recent business trip June 23, 2025; I reserved an SUV (which It had to be an SUV since I was using it for business) I reserved two week in advance in addition I checked in the day before with my Credit card to make sure the branch knew It was a serious reservation and more Importantly to have that class of vehicle an SUV; which neither occurred! I called the branch an hour before my reservation which was 1:00 pm and they had no SUV however offered me mini-VAN! but no SUV. That's not going to work because I needed a Large SUV. I rent a tremendous number of vehicles and whenever I reserve either a high end or an SUV a member from the branch reached out to me a day before to confirm I was still renting and that I still needed that class of vehicle; however, neither of these occurred from this branch. This was a pure example of BAD inventory management; because whoever was in charge of reviewing reservation did not; in turned has lost my trust, my collogues whom I talked with, and not to mention the $3,000 Rental! which ultimately went to another branch who I contacted on KNOX St. in Dallas; which they did have a large SUV and saved the day. Had they not my entire business trip would have been ruined. The REUNION BLVD branch failed to understand my entire business trip was dependent on this vehicle. None the less this a soured me towards Enterprise and in the future will be reserving from a competitor!

He was super friendly, gave me some good info about the area, and even figured out a way for me to drop off the car early in the morning so I could make my flight. When I arrived he was running around doing everything himself so I had to wait about 10 minutes to get my car but he made sure to communicate so I knew he wasn't just leaving me hanging.I frequently travel for work and have had hundreds of interactions with folks in the car and hotel business and this stands out as a particularly great experience. Give this man a raise!
Feb 11, 2025 · David HigginsPLEASE FORWARD TO AREA MANAGER AND ANYONE IN QUALITY CARE: Lazar was nothing short of amazing in both customer service, work effort, communication, and empathy. At no time, did I not experience or witness Lazar working with purpose and drive at either time I was at the location despite he himself having to do the most of the work. He communicated effectively on the phone, listened to what I had to say as a customer, and displayed characteristics of someone who can be trusted, but also pushes himself to be exceptional. My Aunt started her career with enterprise, opened more locations in South Florida in the 90's than anyone else, and has been in a senior leadership position for almost 30 years now. I've always asked her what good managers look like and how she trained them to be good, and Lazar not only met, but exceeded those expectations that she relayed to me. I would undoubtedly go out of my way to rent from this location again specifically due to Lazar's amazing and customer-oriented service, but I really wanted anyone in a leadership position over Lazar to be directly aware of my experience as it may not always be visible during day-to-day operations. To give further insight as to my rental was that my car died the day after I signed a lease to move closer to work. The intricacies and challenges I had to navigate made it tumultuous at the least. I don't think Lazar was aware of this, however, because of his work and service, my challenges with this became less burdensome. I strongly believe Lazar is someone you will not only want to keep, but trust his judgement, leadership, communication, and absolute devotion to customer service and experience!

He made the process seamless and trouble free, and was engaging and fun a while doing it. I rent from Enterprise regularly, but if I didnt before I would now.
