UPDATE: After the response left by the company to my review, I reached out to the contact they provided. It was simply a national office representative who took my information and said an area manager would contact me regarding my experience. That never happened. Thank you for pretending to care and doing absolutely nothing. Changing my rating from two stars to one and won't use Enterprise anymore.I have rented from this location 4 or 5 times over the past few years. I generally like to use enterprise or national because they offer better service and car quality than the competition. And I don't mind paying extra for that. This location has delivered that in the past.However on this most recent rental I was disappointed with the quality of the car they rented me. I did choose the managers special which allows them to put me in whatever they have at the time. But I was pretty confident it would still be better than the low end cars available at companies like Nu and Ace that were at the airport for less cost. So, I decided to forgo those discount rental car companies at the airport and use Enterprise instead. But, this time I was given a car so poor that it doesn't belong on the roads in Denver and beyond. It was a fairly new Mitsubishi in the economy class. The car struggled to keep up on the interstate. I traveled to Colorado Springs with it and it couldn't even maintain the 75 mph speed limit. There is absolutely no acceleration in this vehicle. When I was hit by a strong wind, I was pushed all over the road. I felt totally unsafe. Even the staff member who checked me back in at return said he was aware how low quality the car is and that they were phasing them out.I lived in Trinidad and Tobago for a year and this car felt like it was on par with the little cars there that were purposely built to handle the chaotic city driving there where space is paramount and you never drive above 50mph. I guess next time I'll take the convenience and lower cost of a rental at NU or similar because this one failed to live up to my expectations of Enterprise.If you are offered an economy car from enterprise, choose something else.

Great place to rent a vehicle! Staff were friendly and helpful; In fact, they went out of their way to be so. The vehicle did exactly what I needed it to do. No ugly surprises either with getting the car, returning the car, or with billing.

Cowboy service through and through. When I walked inside the office, the rental car agent ignored me for a full three minutes, while he was 'doing things' at his desk. He was also unprofessionally dressed. There were no other clients to assist at the time, and he was not on the phone either. They also pulled a 'big brother' act on me, trying to collect unnecessary information, like my departing flight (...???!), and they refused to rent me a car until I gave them that information. That was humiliating. I have rented vehicles through enterprise in Canada and in many states in the US, and I have never been forced to give my flight information, or much less refused a car if I did not give it. Terrible service and terrible location. Will not use again.

COLTEN gets a COOL TEN/TEN. He was very friendly and made the rental experience easy and cool. The Car was pretty good and was a level up than the reserved. would go back again for renting if needed.
