Enterprise Rent-A-Car has long been a household name in the car rental industry, known for its extensive network and wide array of vehicles. The Los Angeles market, with its unique blend of personal and professional travel needs, presents a significant operational hub for such a company. This particular branch aims to cater to the local community, providing a convenient alternative to the bustling airport rental counters. However, like any large service provider, customer experiences can sometimes be complex, reflecting the challenges of managing diverse expectations and a wide-ranging fleet, including newer technologies like electric vehicles.
The core of any successful local business, particularly in a service-oriented sector like car rental, lies in its ability to adapt and respond to customer feedback. This introduction sets the stage to explore Enterprise Rent-A-Car's offerings at its Los Angeles La Brea Avenue location, delving into its services, accessibility, and critically, how it addresses and resolves customer concerns, turning initial challenges into positive outcomes. Understanding these facets is key for Californians seeking a reliable and responsive car rental partner in their bustling metropolis.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Negative stars if that were an option. No adapter for the Tesla EV. No one helped. The manager, Roy even blamed me for not asking for one at the time of rental. Local and corporate left me stranded. Kyle there actually told me to order an adapter from Amazon. Unbelievable. You’re better off with other renters. What they advertise in their offices is a complete lie!
May 08, 2025 · John AoshimaUpdated review:Very satisfied with my experience after chatting with Roy at Enterprise. After posting my initial issues with my rental, he reached out quickly and resolved the problems I was having. He was courteous and explained that third party sites don't have the most updated inventory of cars on their lot. Next time I will call Enterprise if I have any issues. I will definitely rent from them again.
Apr 15, 2025 · Josh DanAmazing customer service at this location. Friendly and helpful staff that is quick and hassle free. I was in an accident 3 months ago and have been using this location on and off ever since. I will definitely be back again with my service.
Apr 12, 2025 · Nicole SpiegelI have been renting with enterprise pretty much monthly since the end of last year for my business. Due to some credit card fraud on my account and needing to update a payment on file, but needing time to receive the new card, Roy, decides to call/email the area manager Austin, who then and demand the car back immediately, as if I am going to steal the car. Mind you I have paid monies for the rental. As someone who had been renting from this location since the beginning of January of this year and ALWAYS paying, the level of customer service I received from Roy is at best poor and certainly one that as a continual customer should not have been given. I would not ever recommend this business. For your rental needs you're better off trying Hertz or Sixt. I was actually told this by several friends who prior to me renting with Enterprise, they told me not too. That enterprise was exactly how it has turned out today!
Apr 29, 2025 · Andrea WilliamsI had a car reserved. When I arrived, there was one employee at the desk. He was busy with a customer whose issues were taking a while. There were other employees around, chatting with each other, not coming to the desk to check me in.After 15 minutes the guy at the desk checked me in. What he didn't do was send me to the car. Instead, it was another 20 minutes until he handed my case to one of the employees who had been chatting in the parking lot all the time. The car they gave me had a nearly empty gas tank. I had to fill up within the first half hour of driving. This is a disappointment. I do not recommend this Enterprise site.UpdateAfter I wrote the review above, I got an email from Enterprise asking for my contact info so they could make things right. I sent my info. No response.I also tried to call Enterprise in order to extend my rental. The recording at the location where I rented the car picked up and put me on hold. Then it connected me to a phone that rang for a while and then, I heard, "Goodbye." And I was disconnected. This happened four times. This Enterprise location does not seem to care about customer service.Calling on the phone didn't accomplish anything. I had to go to an Enterprise location to extend the rental. Naturally, I went to a different Enterprise location and got efficient service.
