★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I'm not sure what the point of running a rental car business is if you can't guarenteed cars will be available for a scheduled booking. We made a reservation days in advance, and then when we went to this location to pick up a vehicle, we were told no cars were available. A manager John told us to go to the airport and gave us a number to call. No one answered the phone (we tried 3 times) and by the time we got to the airport and was told there was no way to transfer the reservation, this location had closed, so we were not able to speak to anyone about the issue. We were told at the airport that we would have to make a same day booking, and that cars would not be available for 2-3 hours. We booked ahead of time for a reason, so we could get a rental car at a specific time for a time sensitive travel plan. To assume we could just wait around for 3 hours is ridiculous. We then called every other location in town only to be told no one had cars available. I also called the main Enterprise number and spoke to someone, and was told I would be getting a call back about a re-booking, but was not given a time to expect the call, and have still not received any call hours later. We felt like sitting ducks just waiting on someone to call so we could get the car that we booked, at this point, two hours later than we had planned to pick it up.We made a new reservation elsewhere and got much better service, and I will remember this experience next time I try to book a car.

I will never choose enterprise again. Their corporate office needs to get their heads yanked out of their asses. The poor employees they have working the counter have to deal with the corporate jerks behind the computer telling people they have cars when they don’t. They have no discretion for their customers and the amount of money they waste because a car rental falls through. I’m pissed. I had to even give them one star to submit this.

I have seen numerous amounts of negative feedback from this location, so i was hesitant to rent at first. However, our family really needed the space of a van and they had one. I am very happy that I went with this enterprise and this location. It was great. The van was clean and ready to go as promised. Everything on the vehicle worked properly,. There were no complications with drop off. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We paid a fraction of the fees we would have compared to other local rental companys. I will definitely be returning for any future rental needs.Thanks Riley and Enterprise!

It’s in the hood.Enterprise/National need a reset on service. Terrible experience here….then they tell you that the car is empty and you’ll have to get gas.Go somewhere else.
Jul 07, 2025 · M GMy 1st encounter with Kasey, the manager, was 1/21/2022. He came to get me & another customer. The car was CLEAN, smelled nicely & it had gas. The car was given to another. My expectation is I would receive the SAME courtesy. I didn’t. My vehicle, a 2018 Nissan Altima was wrecked & being repaired. I was offered 2 vehicles. They both smelled. I first chose the Nissan Sentra. It was on “E”. I drove towards the gas station when I noticed a noticed noise & debris in the console & footprints on the back of the seats. I called & went back. I drove the Kia Soul it smelled as if an animal was in there. This gas tank had a bit more fuel but it was still marked as empty. I complained of their less cleanliness. I called both stores in hopes of getting it vacuumed or washed. There’s a reasonable expectation that I’ll have the vehicle while mine is being repaired. I didn’t get an answer from either the Michigan St or St Rd 933 locations. I called Enterprise customer. They directed me the airport where I retrieved the THIRD vehicle. I drove it a few days but the tire pressure was as low as 21 Psi. I called roadside. No assistance. Returned vehicle to the airport 1/25/2022. I was then sent BACK to the location on Michigan. Today I was given a dirty VW by Kasey. This vehicle is also on E. I’m not sure why I’ve received such POOR customer service as a woman of color. I’m disappointed & I can’t help but to feel some type a way about the service provided. I’ve attached photos of the vehicle that was given to me & the way I received it. I have no words. I’m hoping my car will be repaired soon because I don’t like being treated like this. Every car that was given to me from THIS location was empty, dirty on the inside and outside.
