I really appreciate the staff at this location. I rent from them every other week and they take really good care of me. Case in point, forgot my bag in my rental, they called, put it in the office and had it waiting for me. Also, a HUGE shout out to the detailer crew, they are ALWAYS so nice, happy and energetic, EVERY time I see them. Often a thankless job, but without them, cars are not flipped and ready for the next rental. They always have such good energy every time I'm there!

Update: Still no response from the location on resolving the matter. Have escalated this to upper management.I wouldn’t recommend renting from this Enterprise location. I had to switch cars three different times because each one had issues that clearly should’ve been fixed before being rented out. It honestly felt like they were just handing out whatever was available, regardless of whether it was safe.At one point, I brought the car back because the tires were shaking badly. Daphine took it for a quick drive and told me it was fine and didn’t need to be switched. The next day, I ended up stuck on the side of the road because the shaking got worse. It could’ve been a serious situation if there had been more traffic on the highway.When I followed up, Jacob basically brushed it off and said the reason I wasn’t given a new car was probably because they didn’t have anything else available. But no one offered to send me to another branch or even check other options. I was just left to deal with it.On top of that, they’re not transparent about pricing. They tell you one thing, then charge something completely different and when you ask for an explanation, they act clueless. I asked Jacob to break down the charges, and instead of giving clear answers, he started tossing out numbers like “150-something” or “160-something” without any real detail. That shows a serious lack of training and understanding of the job.It really felt like customer safety wasn’t a priority. I expected more care and responsibility from Enterprise, and I hope this location starts doing better instead of just taking people money.Update: Still no call from the manager and I called in and left a message.

Daphine Henry patiently explained to us the details of the new vehicle. It was an upgrade, clean and comfortable. She also explained that we needed to return the car by 5:30 on the return date if we wanted a lift back to the Amtrak station. We returned the car at 5:35. Nevertheless, Greg Blanks still provided us with transportation to Amtrak. Both Daphine and Greg were professional, courteous and pleasant at all times. We had an outstanding experience with Enterprise, and we will certainly use your service the next time we are in town.

Went to two locations had to pay for three different Ubers, the first let me book online but when I arrived they told me they had no cars available and told me to call another location. Called the other location, they told me they could book me, I showed up. They told me the car i had just returned hadn't been checked in because the location was closed that day. They literally had my account open when they booked me and would have seen that. Left me stranded twice on a 91⁰ day and no way to get to work the next day. My car was totaled hence the rental

The team at this Enterprise location is absolutely FANTASTIC! I was involved in a collision and needed a rental while finding a new car. I was touched by the amount of care and attention the Enterprise team gave me throughout the process - including switching out the rental and extending duration seamlessly.
