Staff has to know how to complete these types of transactions in an appropriate way. I have been calling for 3 days and refused rental car. Front desk associates refused my service as I have an insurance coverage plan and I understand I need a credit card they could have easily expressed this prior to my arrival. I also witnessed them allowing other people to rent and leave with vehicles with no provided insurance cards present.I called corporate yesterday and they assured I would be able to rent/ approved my rental with printed license and another form of ID this branch specifically needs better management.
May 01, 2025 · Tequa PointerI rented a Jeep Wagoneer last Friday morning. The rental car company stated that there was a crack in the windshield and they already “annotated” it. He also clearly claimed “ you don’t have to worry about it”. We went on our trip and a crack slowly formed vertically up the windshield. You can clearly see that the crack was forming from a chip in the windshield that was not clearly disclosed to us. This chip would never have been seen if the crack didn’t start to form. So when we were dropping off the car, I asked the worker if he was seeing what I was seeing. He just said it’s my fault because I signed the paperwork. That jeep is very tall, I’m only 5’5” so I asked the worker, how could I see the chip if the car is very tall, is covered by the windshield wiper, and is in an area where it clearly is not visible until the crack started to form. The worker told me he understood but still just blamed me. I asked him how he could be sure it’s my fault and not the fault of the person responsible for making the visible crack? The worker couldn’t answer my question and still blamed me. The crack was clearly stemming from the chip at the bottom of the windshield. He told me understood. I don’t think this is fair that I’m being blamed for $2000 damages when the worker couldn’t answer my questions. There is also video recording of the pick up where the rental company stated they were aware of the crack so “don’t worry about it”. In addition, it is also very unsafe to drive a car with a crack in the windshield. If someone got hurt and a law suit was filed, I can guarantee that the chip was caused by a previous renter and not me.

May 17, 2025 · raymond gowansFast, friendly and fair. I was recently in need of a rental and they were great. I usually drive an older, basic model vehicle and that's exactly what I rented. I was surprised to be told the one I reserved wasn't available but an upgraded model would be given to me at no additional charge. I was delighted and a bit overwhelmed to find myself behind the wheel of a keyless start sport model with lots of bells and whistles. The woman who handled the transaction dealt with my nervous excitement like a champ, answering all of my questions while dealing with my eccentric personality and irreverent sense of humor. She deserves a raise! The car and service were both great. I've rented from here previously and always had a good experience. If you find yourself in need of a vehicle, I would definitely recommend them.

The area manager should be appalled by the lack of concern to commit to a positive customer service experience. Why would enterprise rent out a vehicle with 0% oil life and then tell the customer it’s their responsibility to get an oil change.
