I was taken to this location by an Uber driver which was arranged by the body shop by mistake. The rental was booked by insurance because of a claim and my car had to go in for repair at the body shop. They were supposed to pick me up but then they called the body shop and told them they can’t come so the bodyshop arranged the Uber.When I arrived, they were handling a customer and I was next. There was only one staff at the location for handling customers, and she was handling calls while dealing with customers. Instead of handling customers, she kept handling calls with a rental in a wreck with insurance and towing lot. There were limited cars at the location and she offered a car to me which I accepted, but she never informed me that it was just returned and needs to be cleaned. I could have chosen a different car. More customers came after me and got helped while I had to wait for my rental car to be ready. After helping everyone else, she told me that my car was just returned so it needs to get ready and by that time there was not much choice left for me, but to wait. During all this time, she was still on the phone, and never fully paid attention to me, she kept apologizing for the wait and went in and out of the office. They should have more staff at this location to serve customers even if it is the last hour of operation.When I finally got my car, there was almost no gas in the car. They didn’t offer to fill the gas. They just told me that I could return the car empty with as low gas as I like. Luckily I live within the city that I was not worried and stopped by to fill gas on my way home. However, it was a pain to manage the gas level through out the rental period as you don’t know when your car will be done as you don’t want to leave too much gas in the car when you have to return the car. It would have been much easier if I had gotten the rental with full tank of gas and I could return the car with full tank of gas. The car wasn’t comfortable as I thought it would be since it was a Cadillac. I’m not sure if it was due to higher mileage car or not. I thought of returning it, but got used to it after a few days.It was also impossible to get a hold of someone at this location by phone as I had a question regarding my rental coverage through the insurance. I ended up talking to an Enterprise customer service and left a message with them to have someone from this location to call me, but no one returned my call. They only called when my coverage limit was reached.

It’s been stressful, time consuming, and just awful! Brittany has been such an amazing person! She has been patient and kind and more helpful than I think she realizes! She treats me like an actual human being and that is something that is really lacking in this country. I don’t feel alone going through any of this.
