Over hour and half wait then to be walked out to a very dirty vehicle, when I ask the rep why they want me to take this dirty vehicle when there’s multiple others in better cleaner shape on the lot I was met with an attitude out of nowhere. No regard for the paying customer. I will definitely avoid this Bayshore location but enterprise should definitely do an inspection of this facility’s processes.

I dont understand how they say no animals yet can have you looking at a dirty vehicle with all the dog hair.. didn't realize details were not done before rentals anymore.
